This sophisticated gem, prime location near art museum, restaurants, shops whole-food market and walkable access to Montclair's active commercial district. Block away from MC hotel. Quiet residential neighborhood with off-street parking. This house is newly renovated, kitchen is fully stocked and new appliances all throughout. And has everything you need to have an enjoyable home-away-from home stay - with a living room, 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
Smoking and parties are not permitted.

This apartment has 4 bedroom, with one King size bed, 2 queen size bed and one full bed. 2 full bathroom one on each floor. Fully equipped to make this your perfect vacation spot.
Smoking and parties are strictly not permitted. The unit is suitable for maximum of 8 people.

Once you enter the apartment you will be able to access every thing that is not locked.

My wife and I will be readily accessible to ensure your needs are met. We love good communication and while we will respect your privacy, will be available to answer any questions you may have.

About 40 Restaurants, several bars and theaters, and super easy NYC transit (Train and Bus) are all literally just a few min walk distance. The apt has a great space, a private entrance, private bathroom, amazing decor, parking and more.
Places to visit in Montclair NJ, Montclair art museum, Van Vleck house and gardens, Tierney's Tavern bar and live music and much more what downtown has to offer all at walking distance.

We make one parking spot available for the guest. Also Montclair has 5 train stations and direct bus to NYC.

Our house has outside cameras for your and our security. House is located in a very safe and family oriented area. So please do not disturb the neighbors
Please no partying in the house including no loud music or noise. Please leave the place the way you found it, extra cleaning extra charges. Do not flush paper towels in the toilet. No smoking in the house or on the property. Please park your car in the back parking lot, as Montclair don’t make fun in giving parking tickets. Enjoy your stay. People under the age of 25, we will be needing a security deposit of $1000, as we had a bad experience in past. Deposit is fully refunded once there is no damage.

Great Location

The owner answered questions almost immediately- great communication. The place was very clean. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go.

Great spot

Our family of five enjoyed staying here for a long weekend visit to the NY/NJ area. The owner was very responsive and the place was as described in the listing. It is right around the corner from three or four restaurants, including Toast (great breakfast spot).

Fine premises and location

The property is conveniently located to dining, shopping, transportation. It is roomy, comfortable and quiet. The premises were immaculate, very clean and welcoming with adequate off-street parking. Communication with the property owner was easy, access was simple.

Great location, comfortable stay, no chores!

We had a great stay at this property! It is super convenient to downtown Montclair. We easily walked to Bareburger, Whole Foods, Toast (for breakfast) and Let’s Yo for late night dessert. All of the rooms were a good size and the beds were comfortable. Our host was responsive and flexible with our arrival time. Maybe the best part was we had NO CHORES at the end of our stay! We didn’t even have to take out the trash. Super convenient! Would stay again!

Lots of Space Proximity to Montclair

Had booked for some visiting friends and family visiting through the winter and after some snow storms. Central heat kept them warm and there was enough space or folks to stay in. Location was really convenient as well (Whole Foods and rest of Montclair within walking distance).

Would Definitely Return

The apartment was perfect for us. The location was great - right off Bloomfield Ave. Lots of shops, restaurants within walking distance. Within a bit longer walking distance to train station. Perfect for our needs.

Convenient, Cozy and Complete

The property is well maintained and has all the comforts of being at home. Whole Foods and a nice choice of restaurants are only a block away. It was perfect for our family to be together for two days to celebrate a graduation. The property owner was also very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

We liked the place very much, The host was very helpful and welcomed us warmly. We visited NYC and it was very comfortable to go by train there. If we come again to New Jersey (we come from Germany) than we would stay at this vacation home again.

Great home and location

Friends in all the bedrooms and great conversation locations. Beds comfy, washer & dryer useful and very welcoming overall. Keypad locks sometimes challenging for our simple minds, as was the parking for large vehicles. But I’d stay again and highly recommend

Short Weekend Stay in Montclair

Everything we could ask for and more. The place was very clean and in a great location. Sandeep was also very responsive and answered any questions we had in a very quick timely manner. I would highly recommend Sandeep and his house to anyone looking to stay in Montclair.

Well Appointed

Our family stayed here over an extended weekend to attend a wedding reception. This property is in a great location with many shops and restaurants close by. This second and third floor apartment was very clean and comfortable with extensive new renovation throughout. Loved the beds, fast internet, large kitchen and spacious living room. Checking in was easy and Sandeep was very responsive. Would stay here again!

Montclair

This is a very nice house in a fantastic neighborhood. The house was very clean and comfortable with plenty of room and lots of parking. There are a wide variety of very nice restaurants all within walking distance and a Whole Foods right behind the property. The only downfall to our stay was the beds, they are very firm. Some people might like that but everyone in our group found them to be uncomfortable. Other than that, it was a very nice stay.

Worked perfectly for us!

My sisters and i were back in town for some family events with some of our adult children. This place worked so well. Having Whole Foods across the street and so many places in walking distance was so convinient. The place was super clean and updated and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Communication with the owner was easy and he was so responsive.

Grade A rental property in Montclair

I stayed here with my family of 6 to scout the Montclair community for relocation. Great restaurants within walking distance. The property was clean and had adequate room for our large family. Most impressive was the response time the owner when we had questions. He got back to us right away. I highly recommend.

Roomy, clean and nicely appointed. I would suggest that the steep stairs are mentioned. I am 79 and found them a little tiring. Also, perhaps an extra blanket or two. I would book again

Cozy in a great neighborhood - mornings can get noisy

We had never been to NJ and were flying blind for how the neighborhood and area would be. We were happy that we landed in a great neighborhood. There is a TON to do within walking distance of the house. From an art museum, restaurants, shops, and a Whole Foods in our backyard. The only negative was someone trying to get into our place at midnight our first night there. I think it was another VRBO'r at the wrong place but still scary. The only thing to note is -- because the house backs up to a Whole Foods -- the sounds of carts being corraled can get loud in the morning when you're trying to snooze. Everything else was great! There IS private/not-street parking -- so that was also a plus. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, clean and nicely decorated space!

Three generations stayed here for a family girls weekend. It suited us perfectly! Plenty of space for all eight of us. The place is nicely decorated, and felt very clean. We had a great weekend of walking everywhere in Montclair! Easy to run to Whole Foods for any groceries. We did mani-pedis at Impress Nails, which is a block away. Grabbed sandwiches from the Italian deli next door and had a picnic. Walked the beautiful Von Vleck gardens. Shopped a bit downtown. Ate dinner at Faubourg (HIGHLY recommend - ages 8-76 all loved it!!). Weekend was complete with brunch at Toast the next morning. An all-around great weekend, with this great place as our home base! The ONLY thing I’d warn is the stairs are a little steep. I could sorta tell that from the pics, but just something to know.
