Apartment 1 is on the 1st floor of the stone house. From here you have a partial sea view of the beach and the offshore islands.
It has 1 bedroom, 1 living room with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom and balcony.
Both in front of the stone house and directly on the beach are large terraces with tables and chairs, where you can enjoy a glass of wine or beer in the evenings - in direct beach location.
All apartments are equipped with air conditioning, free WiFi, satellite TV (German-language programs).

Beautiful, long dream beaches made of fine white pebbles are the figurehead of Podaca. In front of the house there is a 300 m² private terrace equipped with tables and chairs for guests. Here you can read a good book, enjoy a glass of wine, watch the sunset or just listen to the sound of the sea. Sun loungers and parasols are provided.
The hidden bathing bays with crystal clear water, in which nudism is also tolerated, are in the immediate vicinity, just a stone's throw from the holiday home. Loneliness and closeness to nature are wonderfully combined.

You can also rent a car directly at the airport and reach the holiday home in about 2 - 3 hours. The journey by car from Munich takes about 8-10 hours.

The Makarska Riviera is centrally located and offers everyone who does not just want to spend a beach holiday numerous opportunities to go on various excursions and sightseeing.
The city of Dubrovnik (World Heritage Site) can be easily reached by public bus or by car in 2-3 hours. The journey along the picturesque coast, always with a view of the crystal clear sea and the mountains, is a wonderful experience.
Hikes and mountain bike tours can be done off the beaten track.
