Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this private four bedroom home features a traditional floor plan with modern kitchen, counter-height seating, dining area, designated workspace, and living room with 55" Smart TV.

Fully appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with fresh crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings.

Spacious living room includes a comfy sofa, 55" Roku TV, laundry room, private fenced-in backyard, deck area with dining furniture, front porch, free high-speed Wi-Fi, on-site parking, and keyless access.

Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well. Instructions for access, check-in, check-out, and directions to the home are provided in the house manual on VRBO. When checking out, please be sure all windows and doors are locked prior to your departure.

There is currently no stair handrail leading up to the third floor.

The house clean and adequate for our group of guys. I wish there would have been pictures of the outside of the home. There are several steep concrete stairs to get up to the entrance of the home. This was a challenge to some of the men who stayed with me in the home. The third floor only has a free standing A/C unit in it and it isn’t sufficient for the space. The only real complaint I had is the loud screeching noise in the pipes that happened every time there was water being pumped into house, as near as we could tell. It was a bit irritating as you never knew when it was going to happen.

Thanks for the detailed heads up. The home worked for your group, and we appreciate you pointing out the access and upper floor comfort. The third level does use a portable AC setup, and like many multi-level homes, that space can run warmer during hotter days. The pipe noise is definitely something we’ll have checked, since that’s the kind of maintenance item we want to stay ahead of. We’ll also take another look at how the exterior access is shown so future guests have a clearer picture before booking.

Family weekend getaway

The property was very clean had everything that you needed. The area was quiet also the neighbors on each side were very friendly overall it was a good vacation. I would stay here again

Great Place for Weekend Trip

I spent the weekend here with a group of friends from college for the Bengals game, and it was great. Close enough for everywhere we wanted to go, and there was plenty of room. I would definitely stay here on my next trip to Cincy.

Nice home! Extremely clean and well maintained. Host is very responsive. It was a little longer drive to the Paycor and downtown than listed and at first glance the neighbood wasn’t what I imagined, but I felt completely safe and the location was peaceful.

Great stay

We had a great time and the home was really amazing, perfect for all 10 of us! The updates to the home were amazing, and even though its still got a few things to be done, everything was great. The bedrooms could have used a night stand/chair or two, but I'm sure thats all part of the long term plan, and with.how well decorated everything was, it definitely needs the "right piece" and not just place holders.

Gave us all the holiday cheer

We really enjoyed our time at this property. It was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated and remodeled without taking away the unique features of it being an older home. We were able to enjoy our holiday and be comfortable. There were plenty of beds to accommodate a large group, especially one with children like ours. Lastly the price was affordable. We would definitely stay again.

Very Nice Comfortable House

The property is very nice. I was disappointed with the outside area the furniture was dirty like untouched this year and the landscaping around the back deck is terrible the grass is so overgrown that it has turned into weeds. That’s just the outside area the house it self is very nice and clean.

The saying "a picture is worth a thousand words" is particularly relevant to this property. The exterior and the first and second floors are accurately represented in the listing photos. However, the listing does not provide a complete picture of the fourth bedroom. This bedroom is actually located on the third floor, a detail that is not clearly described or shown. Access requires climbing a steep, carpeted staircase with no handrail. There is also no bathroom on the third floor, meaning guests staying in this room—which accommodates six people—must repeatedly use the steep stairs to access a bathroom on a lower level. This could be difficult for young children, older adults, or anyone with mobility concerns.Once on the third floor, the lack of adequate air conditioning is noticeable. During warm weather, the space is very uncomfortable. Cooling appears to rely on a floor fan and a window unit to move air, neither of which effectively cools the area.While the first and second floors have been attractively renovated, the third-floor bedroom is not accurately represented. The listing should clearly disclose the steep stair access, lack of a handrail, limited cooling, and absence of a bathroom on that level so guests can make an informed booking decision.

We’re sorry the home wasn’t the right match for your group’s specific accessibility needs. The third-floor bedroom, staircase, and bathroom placement are part of the home’s existing layout, not something that changed during the stay. When you reached out, the concerns reported to us were the door, towel and toilet paper supplies, and the stair access for the visually impaired campers. We responded right away and had someone head over for the door while also helping with the supplies. The comments about the third-floor cooling and bedroom setup were not raised with us while you were there, so we didn’t have the chance to walk through those concerns or see what assistance we could offer in real time. Once it became clear the layout wasn’t going to work comfortably for your group, you chose to leave that evening. We completely understand needing a very specific setup when accessibility is a priority. This home simply has a layout that may work well for some groups and not for others.

Could be better

Property was dirty. They did not vacuum any of the carpets. The cleaning lady used a very smelly cleaning product, which made all our food and the ice in the refrigerator and freezer taste like it. There were only four coffee cups and one small glass for drinkware. And we had 10 people there. There’s no garbage cans in the bathrooms and the kitchen. Garbage can was extremely small. The ceiling fan had enough dust on it I could knit a sweater. It said we were allowed to check in at 4 o’clock and we got there at 4:30. Just for the cleaning lady to tell us that it was going to be another three hours. So we could not check in until 830 after we were already exhausted as we had just drove in.

Beware!

While the inside of the property is updated and nice, the location, safety, and description left a lot to be desired. Upon arrival, we realized it was street parking (not on-site per description) and the drive is 4-5 feet long and does not fit a car. When we arrived, the porch light was not working and missing one bulb. While we were out during the day one of our vehicles was vandalized: back window was broken and front window scratched. We attempted to resolve issues with the property company and ended up vacating the property. The managing company has an established relationship with police liaisons indicating they have had other safety issues previously. Additionally, while the property is near some key locations, it is not walkable. I highly recommend considering other properties managed by another company.

Clean and spacious, but kitchenware lacking

The property was very clean and spacious, but we did encounter some disappointing issues. Although the place sleeps 12, and we had to pay an extra fee for "additional guests" just to have our family of 10 staying, there was insufficient cookware and dishes for this size group. Thankfully, the convention we were attending had most meals provided so we didn't need to do as much cooking as we usually do on a trip; however, we had to combine the dinner plates and salad plates just to have a plate for everyone to eat off of at breakfast. There were only about 6 bowls as well. I also couldn't find a single knife for cooking--not even a paring knife to cut fruit. The other issue was that we didn't find a pack-n-play on the property, even though I had checked ahead of our trip that there was one. Apparently it had broken, and the cleaner didn't inform the host. The host did have one delivered the next day, but we had to do without it on our first night. The bathroom door upstairs needs some WD-40, as it creaks very loudly, which is annoying in the middle of the night.
