This Boutique B&B has 3 bedrooms and a GAME ROOM in the basement also listed as a bedroom. 2 Kings, 2 twins, 2 futons, and couch for comfortable sleeping. Great yard for pets and outdoor fun. Including a gas grill and a patio table w/ chairs. Plenty of places for privacy and gathering, i.e. reading nooks and relaxing spaces.
Easy access to I-40 and I-27. Fresh, modern renovations. Walking distance of 2 City parks. Oliver-Eakle neighborhood has beautiful homes and tree-lined brick streets. Close to Civic Center, Hodgetown, Wolflin Village shopping and dining, and uptown activities.
The space
Our boho noc house has an intimate atmosphere and personal style. We distinguish ourselves from chain hotels by offering personalized attention and styled accommodations.
Although, boho noc can sleep 9 adults comfortably, it is intimate in scale and we create an ambiance of being a personal guest in our bungalow, rather than a hotel occupant. In addition to 4 private bedrooms, we have multiple gathering spaces, porches, and patios for guests to enjoy and maybe make some new friends walking through the neighborhood.
Each space at boho noc is furnished and decorated to highlight the local style and guest comfort. Each guestās room is uniquely and attractively decorated and has upscale beds, linens, and amenities.
Although, boho noc is near the middle of the bustling downtown activities, it is a hidden gem nestled in a peaceful and treasured, tree lined neighborhood with a lot of personality. Within walking distance of 2 City parks, Oliver-Eakle Park has an enjoyable fountain, nice walking paths and picnic tables and Memorial Park incorporates more activities like Pickleball courts (there is a bag of pickleball paddles & balls in the front closet), Tennis courts, Basketball courts, Splashpad (in the summer), playground, rose garden, sculpture garden, and walking paths. The perfect place for our guests to discover beautiful and historic district of Amarillo.
At boho noc we strive to incorporate locally sourced products that reflect our heritage through furniture and design. Also, only a 20 minute drive to Palo Duro Canyon or Cadillac Ranch. Walking distance to the Amarillo Museum of Art, a short drive to the Quarter Horse Museum and the Tri-State Fairgrounds and Rodeo.
The personal and intuitive service of boho noc is what makes our guests feel welcome and at home. Our guests enjoy a carefree stay and an individualized experience, and we always respect your privacy by providing self-checkin/checkout, standard equipment and amenities and on-call hosts minutes away.

However, I am merely the conductor of an orchestra of dedicated professionals. Our ensemble includes the best cleaners, plumbers, electricians, interior designers, landscape attendants, neighbors, family, friends, and more.
I believe we have curated a short-term rental experience that will delight each of our guests. Come stay with us if you're remodeling your own house and need a break from the mess. Stay with us if you're in town for business. It's great to visit family with the opportunity to retreat to your own space.
