Located just outside Zion National Park, Utah (2 hours drive from Las Vegas) on three acres and only minutes from Zion National Park, this is the perfect HQ for trips to Zion, Grand Canyon and Bryce Canyon and a multitude of State Parks.

The bright blue sky, mountain vistas, and the dark sky with starry nights will astound you while you enjoy your stay as our guests. Swim in the pool (open May 1 - October 15) relax on one of our two patios sipping your favorate beverage and watching a fantastic sunset or sunrise.

We sit smack in the middle of what many say is the best mountain biking in the USA. If you want epic single track and slickrock then stay with us!!

We are a year 'round destination. of trails was awarded 'Epic' status by the International Mountainbike Association. No need to drive to the trails... ride out from your patio and return to a refreshing pool! Visit UtahMountainBikingAdventures(dot)com for more info.

We are a short drive to many beautiful places......Zion National Park is a few minutes, Cedar Breaks, Bryce Canyon, Grand Canyon North Rim, Sand Hollow, Coral Pink Sand Dunes are all easily accessable

Your Guest Casita is 870 square feet of open and airy space with sleeping arrangements of wueen beds and a comfortable pull out twin. A full kitchen makes preparing meals easy...or you can choose to sample some of our fine local dining options in Virgin, Hurricane or Springdale.

A NOTE ABOUT OUR PET POLICY.....READ THIS IF YOU HAVE A DOG. Due to a stay of an irresponsible pet owner who's pet destroyed two furniture items we have adopted the following pet policy.

The only pets allowed are dogs 80 lb maximum.
Please refrain from allowing your dog on the furniture. A DOG MUST NEVER BE LEFT ALONE UNLESS IT IS CRATED. There are no exceptions to the crate policy, so please do not ask. We have a large size crate for your use free...just bring a dog blanket to put in it.

We charge a one-time $30 pet fee which covers the extra time it takes to clean after a pet stay.

Driving times from St. George is 35 mins, Bryce Canyon 2hrs, Grand Canyon 2.5hrs, Las Vegas 2.15 hrs, Los Angeles 6 hrs, Salt lake city 3.5 hours.

Very private and comfortable, stayed three nights. Enjoyed interesting conversations with owners . Everything was in top notch condition. Beautiful view, and enjoyed watching the horses. Close to the Zion National park.

We really liked this stay. Very nice and well equipped accommodations. We really liked being away from the crowds of Zion, yet we were a 20 minute drive to the Zion shuttle. The only minor issue was the arrival instructions. The email we received had different information than the welcome book in the unit.We figured things out, but it took a minute. Otherwise, great place to stay.

This place is awesome if you're going to Zion. It's a quick 20 min drive down the road. We stayed 3 nights, used the pool a few times and enjoyed seeing the full night sky. The casita was clean and spacious. The hosts were sweet and left a helpful guide with other things to do in the area. I would definitely here stay again.

Monte & Bonnie’s place is absolutely beautiful! They are very friendly and had no problem with our dogs running around them! Only thing to be aware of is there is lots of cactus’s around so watch for kids! ( We were warned prior to letting dogs roam.) We loved having a private kitchen and bathroom in the casita with a nice living room with space for games! The pool was the absolutely perfect temperature thanks to their cover they have on it which made it very hard to leave! There is a gas station directly across the street so no need to drive far for gas or snacks! It is also very close to Zion. At nighttime you can see the stars so close and bright! (It is also VERY dark outside with little lighting so we recommend bringing a flashlight) We would love to stay at their place again! Thank you again for letting us bring our fur babies! Definitely one of our new favorite places to stay in Utah!

What a great location and wonderful hosts! Quaint, quiet, beautiful views. Excellent location for nature enthusiasts. We would go back in a heartbeat. We were very comfortable, loved the pool and had everything we needed right in the area.

Check in was simple, location was secluded yet safe and conveniently located near Zion and the town of La Verkin. The pool was amazing to utilize after a warm day of hiking. The hosts were friendly. Monte had a lot of useful tips on dining and getting around. We would definitely stay again.

Clean.Gave great advice when asked. Very helpfull to get acquainted with the areas and what is great to see.Beautiful back area to explore each morning or evening walks.Reasonable price and with a great pool.Even had a roadrunner visit.

This property was breath taking! My daughter and her boyfriend stayed here while visiting Zion and they could not stop raving about how beautiful it was (they loved the horses, the pool, and really enjoyed chatting with the owners). I absolutely recommend booking this place if you can! Close to so many great outdoor activities but private enough to feel remote.

We would recommend this place to anyone! The hosts were so chill and friendly, but not too invasive, and the pool was perfect in the evenings (when the pool was mostly shaded - which is needed!) after hiking Zion in the desert heat. Clean space, straight forward directions, and close to everything we wanted to do.

Beautiful views quiet location

Thanks Monte and Bonnie. Enjoyed our stay. Accommodation was clean and comfortable. Location was perfect a 20 minute scenic drive to Zion NP. Recommend River Rock Roastery in LaVerkin for good coffee and a great pizza.

Relaxing getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the ranch. The space was clean and the surrounding area is beautiful. We loved being able to see the horses out our window. Definitely a great space if you’re wanting to get away and relax but still be close to lots of food/activities.

Perfect Zion Stay

Awesome views, great host, just the right amount of amenities for a perfect stay. Close to the Zion entrance, a bed for the adults and a pull out for the kids to share. Welcoming host and sick pool. Can’t recommend enough.

Cozy, peaceful getaway

My family and I absolutely loved staying at Monte and Bonnie’s casita. Monte and Bonnie are fantastic hosts and the casita is clean, well equipped, and cozy. They have everything you could want - beautiful grounds with beautiful views, fire pit, and pool for the warmer months. It’s also really convenient if you plan on visiting Zion but want to avoid the crowds of Springdale. There are also horses on the property which Monte let me 7 year old feed in the morning and brush at night. She absolutely loved it. We will definitely pool again if we are ever out that way again.

Great place!

This place was clean, quiet, private, only 20 minutes from Zion Park! It was just as good if not better than described! The owners are wonderful and communication was great! Highly recommend!!

Amazing Location

If you want the peace and quiet with Mother Nature in your back yard but still be minutes from Zion NP...this is it! amazing property. The ONLY whining I have is there was no dishwasher. But that is just me having to deal with a husband who likes to cook and use many dishes.

We built our dream home from the ground up in 2006 as a second home with the goal of retiring here. As fate would have it we were able to achieve that goal in 2010. We added a pool and patio area in 2010 to make our guests experience even better. Recently added equestrian facilities which include a large arena with excellent footing, a four stall shed-row barn and a beautiful 50 foot covered round pen complete with full lighting and 16 foot fan. We have the best equestrian facility in the area. Period.

Our private, yet convenient location is ideal. The panoramic views of Zion and the surrounding area are spectacular with sunrise and sunsets especially breathtaking.

We are avid mountain bike riders and equestrians and enjoy all outdoor recreation and this location offer endless recreation opportunities.

Our location is private but not remote..we are only minutes from shopping, restaurants, gas stations and close to wilderness and Zion. Best of both worlds.

Every sunrise and sunset is magnificent and the desert and mountains make a perfect backdrop. BRING YOUR CAMERA!
