You can find the washer and the dryer in a common space.

Regarding noise:



To ensure you have a pleasant experience, please note that depending on the day and time, you may hear some noise from the street or surrounding area.

Additionally, as this is a residential building with moderate sound insulation, you may occasionally hear sounds from normal activity within the building.

If you are particularly sensitive to noise, we recommend keeping this in mind when making your reservation.



Note: The optimal operating temperature for the AC should be maintained between 22-24 degrees, please take this into account.
