2 room apartment with lake view and private garden

The bright and cozy 2 room apartment is very quietly located directly at the Mettnaupark with a lake view and is only about 150 meters from the lake. Nestled in the nature reserve, this exclusive residential area is one of the most beautiful on Lake Constance.

In July 2019 the house was completely renovated and the apartments were equipped with new furniture, new fitted kitchen and parquet floors.

The modern apartment has a seat in its own garden (south side) as well as dimming options and fly screens.

The bedroom is equipped with a Schlaraffia box spring bed with a high-quality topper (180 x 200), bedside tables and a closet. The bedroom can be separated from the living room by a door. Down duvets and down pillows are provided. Allergy-free bed linen available on request.

The daylight bathroom has a shower and a toilet. The bathrooms are equipped with towels, toilet paper, facial tissues and a hair dryer.

The new fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge with integrated freezer compartment, toaster, coffee machine (Tchibo Pure Cafissimo), kettle, dishes and cutlery. A first small selection of coffee capsules and tea bags is available to you free of charge upon arrival. Salt, pepper, paper towels and dish towels are part of the basic equipment.

A high-quality sofa bed (160 x 200 with mattress topper) can be pulled out in the living room. The room also has a flat screen TV and radio.

The approximately 20 m² garden is equipped with garden furniture and a lounger.

A high chair and a cot can also be provided on request.

The center of Radolfzell and the train station, which also houses the tourist information center, are approx. 1600 meters away and can be easily reached on a bicycle and pedestrian path along the lake.

Useful information:
- Parking spaces available directly at the house on request (limited number). Free public parking directly on the street.
-A bicycle parking space is located in the garage.
-The final cleaning is estimated at € 20.

Important:
-No bachelor parties or similar celebrations are allowed in our apartments. Please be quiet during the rest hours from 22:00 and 8:00.
-This apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
-Pets are allowed on request. Fees may apply.
-On request, the two ground floor apartments (apartment 1 + 2) can be combined into one large apartment. On approx. 90 m², max. 8 beds (2 box spring double beds and 2 sofa beds) with 2 bathrooms, a separate toilet and 2 kitchens available.
