Security protocols, like the Ring camera, are in place for safety and were not intended to inconvenience you. Communication: Despite our multiple attempts to check in with you during your stay, you did not respond or report any issues. Without communication, we could not address or verify your concerns. Property Claims: The property was thoroughly cleaned and inspected before your arrival. There was no evidence of mold, wetness, or odors. The gate was left unlocked for your convenience, and the door, while secure, functioned properly. seems like you did not know how to lock it and did not care to ask either. Refund Request: Leaving the property without notifying us or giving us a chance to resolve concerns does not justify a refund. The property was reserved exclusively for your stay, and we turned away other bookings, incurring financial loss. We encourage resolving this matter professionally through Vrbo. However, unfair reviews and baseless claims are not constructive.
