The Cozy Back Yard Nook

A cozy nook nestled behind a 1930's style home that has been completely renovated with the guest house as an add on. Here you will find that you can comfortably fit up to four people. A queen size bed sits upstairs and the couch and oversized chair downstairs both fold out into twin sized beds. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped with all the essentials you will need for your stay.

Amenities: Free WiFi, Hulu, Netflix, grill access with seating area around a fire pit, and a fully-equipped kitchen! When using the kitchen we please ask that you use a cutting borad so as to not damage the wooden counter tops. Also, please load and run the dishwasher before leaving (dishwasher soap will be provided)!

Pet Policy: Pets under 50lbs are welcome, but there will be a pet fee applied. PLEASE CONTACT ME PRIOR TO BOOKING FOR DETAILS! Additionaly, please be aware that there is a small dog who lives on the property that may be in the backyard from time to time. If your pet does not get along other animals please keep this in mind. There is also a 2 pet maximum and there will be an additional pet cleaning fee of $40 per pet.

Cleaning Fee: There will be an additional $30 dollar cleaning fee added to your stay if your stay is longer than 5 days. Anything booked over two weeks please message me for more information.

Things to know: Street parking only (access to the unit through the back gate), NO jumping on the trampoline, NO smoking inside of the guest house, keyless Touchpad, and will provide the passcode the day before your arrival.

Guest access
This Airbnb is a back house addition to the main house on the property. You will have access to the back house unit as well as the back yard, the main house will be off limits. There will be Street Parking only, it's a very large street and super safe neighborhood.
Other things to note
Please treat the space as you would treat your own. Be careful to not damage the appliances or furniture and clean up any spills or stains that may occur.

Please be respectful to our neighbors and try to keep noise to minimum!
