Sandra was the best host I have ever had anywhere I’ve stayed! Her place is right on the beach, with all the amenities! Beds were very comfortable, ac worked great, washer and dryer, also! She had all towels washed, folded, ready to go-many of them! Restaurants not too far away, best to have a car. Many chairs were provided to use outdoors, as well as a paddle board and kayak.I was very sad to leave her beautiful home and Exuma.

Sandra was very communicative and an excellent host. The house was meticulously, clean, very comfortable had all the amenities you could think of. Perfect location and gorgeous view. We will definitely be back.

Most wonderful & quiet place to be in Exuma. Sandra is amazing & always made sure we had everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, plenty of room for the 4 of us to hangout together. Outdoor area beautiful with amazing views of ocean & private beach. We only saw another couple twice the whole week we visited. We can't wait to come back again!

We had such an amazing anniversary vacation at Sea the View. Sandra the host has been amazing! She made sure everthing was just perfect for us. The house sits right on the beach with an an amazing view of the ocean and Flamingo beach. We will make this our go to rental when we go back to the Exumas. Thank you Sandra we will see again.

Our 7 night stay at Sea the View Beach Villa was perfect! Sandra, our host, met us at the home for check in and had a complimentary welcome package of food and drinks waiting for us. The home was very clean, comfortable, and had everything that you needed for a great beach vacation! We cooked breakfast most mornings and the kitchen was well stocked with all items needed. The back patio and beach were absolutely spectacular! It was so nice to be able to walk out the back door and be right on the beach. Sandra had kayaks, snorkel gear, floats for the water, beach chairs, loungers and plenty of beach towels available for us to use. Sandra is the kindest and most generous host. She checked in with us several times throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything. She also gave us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do while on the island. We will definitely be staying at Sea the View Beach Villa on our next trip to Exuma!

This property was exactly as described. Upon arrival Sandra had surprised us with some little unexpected items which was very nice. This house was right on the beach, where we only saw a family one day walk past. So private and beautiful. Sandra even rakes the beach!! We were able to connect to WIFI but with no internet, Sandra came right away with a new box and got us going. She then took us on a walking history of the settlement, which was very neat to learn about her history and the people of Steventon. When we decided we didn't want to leave Exuma yet and Sandra's house was not available she helped us immensely to find another home to move to. She knows everyone and made several calls to get us relocated. I can't say enough about the house and Sandra's personality.

Band new, well appointed house and amazing beach

Sea the View ex eeded our expectations. Stayed for 4 days and three nights. Brand new, sparkling clean property with new appliances on the private beach. Unbelievable water and subrises. Sandra is the gracious host who accomodated for every need. The property was stpcked with the essentials so we could just kick back and relax when we got here. Definitely recommend!

Paradise in Great Exuma!

We had an amazing stay at Sea The View Beach Villa! The location is stunning. The house was more than we could have hoped for as it is clean, welcoming, tastefully decorated and stocked with everything you could possibly need for an unforgettable stay. There are plenty of kitchen accessories, beach towels, water toys, the list goes on. The fabulous beach is right out your back door. The Host, Sandra, is such a wonderful, kind person. You can tell she takes pride in what she does and her hospitality goes above and beyond. She will partially stock food and beverages which is so helpful, especially on your first day! She is quick to answer any questions you may have. We cannot wait to return!

Perfection

We had the most wonderful time, this house is immaculate and Sandra is the kindest woman we’ve ever met. She went above and beyond for us and we are so grateful to have picked this house to stay at. The location is perfect, it is right on the beach, you have your privacy and the house was stocked for us upon arrival. There are so many things to use in the water, a ton of water toys and snorkeling gear as well. 1000% recommend, it was perfect for the 3 of us!

Amazing

Beautiful spot off the beaten path. House was fully stocked. The beach was right out the back door and so beautiful. Most days we literally had the entire beach to ourselves. Sandra was a great host. Great communication and very responsive. Thanks Sandra for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Immaculate home, Stunning location

We loved our stay at Sandra’s Seaview home. The place was immaculate - the cleanest Vrbo I have stayed at. We were blown away by how well the place was stocked. Tons of towels, bedding, blankets etc and every single necessity imaginable. Sandra provides a welcome basket of fruit and snacks as well as some basic food items (even including bottled water, beer and many other drinks). If we had any questions during our stay Sandra was quick to respond. The location is incredible - directly on a beautiful white sand beach which we practically had to ourselves most days. We loved our stay and would most definitely return to Sandra’s SeaView home if/when we return to Exuma.

Perfect little beach house!

This cozy little house was just perfect for my husband, my mother and myself to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday. We've stayed in many vacation rentals and Sanda is the best host we've ever rented from. She has thought of everything and even set us up with some basic food items to make sure we had enough for our first night and morning. We would gladly stay here again. Thank you Sanda for making your place so special.

Heaven!! We have stayed at several different beaches in exuma and was nervous to book off our normal beach but so glad i took a chance! Sandra is a bahamian local and she knows hospitality!! Her home has everything you need!!! Very convenient to excursion docks also! (Swimming pigs, atvs) thank you sandra for sharing your home!! Also grand isle is a 3min drive with 2 great restaurants! This was a great location! We already look forward to our return!!

From the moment I arrived until the day I reluctantly departed, every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. **Accommodation:** The home itself is a stunning gem, beautifully designed and meticulously maintained. The interiors are tastefully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that immediately made me feel at home. Modest living areas, comfortable furnishings, and breathtaking views of the turquoise waters provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation. **Owner Communication:** One of the standout features of my experience was the owner's commitment to communication. From the initial booking process through to my departure, the owner was incredibly responsive and attentive. It was evident that the owner genuinely cares about her guest and goes above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience. **Amenities:** The home was stocked with everything one could possibly need. The kitchen was fully equipped with appliances, cookware, and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals. Additionally, the owner had thoughtfully provided beach towels, snorkeling gear, kayak, and other recreational equipment. **Location:** Location of the property is unbeatable. Nestled right on the beach, I had direct access to pristine sands and crystal-clear waters, whether I wanted to sunbathe or swim, the beach was steps away!

A Piece of Paradise

This was our first time staying at Sea The View and everything, by far, exceeded our expectations. From the impeccably well stocked home, the communications from Sandra, to the breathtaking views, I could honestly say this was our favorite Exuma vacation yet. The house was very clean and the space was comfortable for our family of 4. The beach in the back of the house was absolutely gorgeous for the kids to play or just walking. The space in the back yard is perfect for grilling or just lounging in the sun. I could not comment enough on the positive experience we had staying here. Fortunately there were not any issues to be addressed but Sandra kindly responded immediately to any questions we had. It is evident that much thought and consideration is given to making Sea the View a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely awesome from beginning to end 03/20/24 thru 03/28/24...We love Exuma which is why we continue to go as often as we can and we found a great house with the best host we've ever had. Sandra, thank you so much for your hospitality and availability. Felt like we had known you for years as you made us so comfortable. Beautiful property, beautiful view and best host on the island! Exuma Paradise

Our visit was amazing. Sandra is a fantastic host who truly goes above and beyond for her guests. I vacationed with my daughter and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We had to bring nothing other than ourselves! Being at the northern part of the island was very peaceful. I would surely stay at this property again!

The perfect beach house!

Sandra was by far the best host we've ever experienced! First class service with a smile. When we arrived she was there to greet us and gave us a tour of the home. This villa is located right on an amazing stretch of beach in Stevenson away from the crowds. We saw no one on the entire stretch of the beach the entire stay, and for that, we will definitely return! The pictures do not do any justice for this GORGEOUS home! We stayed 6 days and cooked meals everyday and I have to say there was not one thing missing in the kitchen. Every meal we cooked we had what we needed and some. If you are thinking about staying here, don't think...do it! You will not be disappointed! Thank you Sandra!

Great accommodations with everything we needed already in place. Sandra (host) was very responsive and met as at the house to show us around. Lots of towels and bedding. Perfect stay with perfect accommodations. Highly recommended.
