Luxury holiday apartment with uninterrupted sea views, fireplace, 2 large sun terraces, 2 bedrooms and a garden right on the water. This new luxury apartment is located directly on the Baltic Sea.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a holiday home with two apartments and is built in massive construction directly on the north jetty.
The entire house is operated by regenerative energy and is equipped with the latest technology and a room air system.
You can easily reach the entrance door via a staircase or a ramp. The maritime-designed and spacious BalticLounge apartment is next to a high-quality kitchen, an open living or Dining area with panoramic glazing, two bedrooms and a large bathroom with comfort.
Two large terraces and a beautiful lawn offer plenty of space to relax and feel good. The high-quality equipment promises maximum living comfort for young and old. From the large sun terrace you have a fantastic view over the free Baltic Sea to Denmark and the mouth of the slime with the Schleimünde lighthouse.
The BalticLounge2 holiday apartment is all equipped with floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows and offers a clear view of the Baltic Sea to Denmark and the mouth of the Mucus with the Schleimünde lighthouse.
A second approx. 40 sqm sun terrace, which is accessible from the master bedroom, is also available to our guests.
The spacious living room offers a large smart TV and a comfortable lounge sofa. From here you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea and the fireplace, while culinary delicacies are prepared in the kitchen. The high-quality equipped luxury kitchen allows you a view of the Baltic Sea while cooking.
Both bedrooms are lovingly furnished with maritime details and equipped with high-quality beds and mattresses. One bedroom has a smart TV. The spacious daylight bathroom is equipped with a very large floor-level rain shower, a washstand and toilet. The highlight in the bathroom is the pull-out Finnish sauna for 2 people from the premium manufacturer "Klafs Sauna & amp; Spa".
It's great to relax on the large Baltic Sea terrace. Here our guests can expect comfortable lounge furniture, sun loungers and a beach chair. The lawn, which borders the terrace, is particularly suitable for children to play and run around. The lawn is separated from the jetty / Baltic Sea by a fence, so that the danger for small children has been minimized.

The apartment is part of the northern, newly built, exclusive Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz. Please note that there may still be some construction work in the area. The Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz is created in one of the most beautiful holiday regions in Germany: in the north-east of Schleswig-Holstein near Kappeln, directly between the mouth of the Schleim and the Baltic Sea.
On the more than 150 hectare area of the former naval base in Olpenitz, a new, unique holiday resort is being built, which impresses with its variety of holiday homes and properties close to the Baltic Sea.

Our Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz is constantly evolving and we are all excited to see it emerge until the planned completion in 2022.
On the north breakwater we have our own private beach for guests in the Baltic Sea resort. There is enough space for lying, playing and bathing for young and old.
The new EDEKA store also offers a bakery and a catering area with a view of the harbor basin.
The company "Fahrrad Schmidt" supports you and your family on site for extensive tours by bike. In the southern part of the Baltic Sea resort there is an adventure golf course on an area of 2,800 square meters. Enjoy beautiful walks along the harbor promenade and take a look at the small shops in the Klabautermann house.
There is also fresh fish straight from the cutter, traditional sailing ships, canoe and boat rentals, optimist sailing courses from the Globetrotter Academy and, of course, spectacular harbor cinema.
The immediate proximity to the Weidefeld beach is approx. 3 km away (incl. Dog beach, restaurant, beach chair rental, kiosk, DLRG surveillance in summer) complete the holiday offer.
The nearest town Kappeln is a recognized Baltic Sea pub and climatic health resort with approx.10,000 inhabitants, which offers many tourist offers for sailors and beach holidaymakers. Kappeln, with its many sights, restaurants, shops and the cozy fishing harbor is only about 5 minutes away by car.
Experience a ride on the Schleiraddampfer "Schleiprincess" from the Kappelner harbor to the Schleimünde lighthouse or take a bike tour along the many beautiful bike paths along the Schlei and the Baltic Sea. Enjoy the unique natural landscape or relax on the terrace at sunrise and sunset.

House Rules / Prices:
The prices are given per object / night with an occupancy up to max. 4 guests.
A laundry package consisting of bed linen and towels can be booked for EUR 20.00 per person. For bookings of 10 nights or more, the service charge and laundry are included in the rental price. Pets are welcome and will be charged 8.00 euros / night. Firewood is not available in this holiday home, you are welcome to purchase it from us on site for 10.00 euros / sack. The use of electricity, water and heating as well as the final cleaning are included in the flat rate of 119.00 euros.
The deposit of € 200.00 is due with the remaining payment by bank transfer to our account. If the delivery is made properly on the day of departure, the deposit will be transferred back within 5 working days. All prices include 7% VAT.
