Bright, light-flooded rooms and equipment that leaves nothing to be desired (including mosquito nets on all windows) are waiting for you! Each bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV and an ensuite bathroom! This apartment is even more beautiful in reality than in the photos! This large double holiday home is located in Medulin - diagonally across from the family supermarket. The apartment is located in the second half of the house, facing away from the main road. The distance to the port is approx. 400 meters. Peninsula Vizula with its wild beaches is approx. 650 m away, the sandy beach is approx. 900 meters, which can also be easily walked.
Warning: the building was only built in spring 2017. The empty property is currently still visible in the map!

Very good equipment: mosquito nets on all windows. Both the living room and each of the bedrooms have their own bathroom and satellite TV. All TV have German TV programs!
ADDITIONALLY available in the storage room:
Parasol - this can also be taken to the beach! 2x hair dryer, ironing table and iron, central vacuum cleaner (wall connection with automatic dirt disposal through the wall), 1x baby bed (without prior reservation).
