This newly renovated 4 bedrooms, 2 bath house is a personal paradise resort within a mile away from the beach. This property is a single-family dwelling in a safe, quiet family-oriented neighborhood. With respect to our neighbors, the home is not available for parties or group gathering of any kind. Since this property is intended for family bonding, we do not rent to anyone under the age of 25 years old or college groups.
It's a great place for your family and friends to escape! This home has a private extra-large back yard with heated pool and BBQ Grill. Multiple sitting throughout the pool area with smart flat screen TV ready for your relaxation and entertaining.
The living area leads through to its heavenly pool terrace, where clear sparkling water spells refreshment.
The home is full of updated amenities including fully equipped kitchen, central air conditioning, in-home laundry facility, cable/free Wi-Fi and open living space.
Inside, the house offers a master bedroom with its own huge brand new master bathroom and a walk-in closet, 2nd bedroom has a king size bed, 3rd bedroom has two full size beds and 4th bedroom has a 1 queen size bed that leads to the pool area. All rooms have big screen flat smart TV's.
Families are welcomed to stay with their kids.
Our home is located in Pompano Beach, only a 3-4 minutes drive or around 20 minutes walk to the Pompano Beach, 10 minutes drive to Lauderdale by the sea and Deerfield beaches. It is a very convenient location within walking/bicycle distance to some restaurants and stores.
We are only 20 minutes away from Fort Lauderdale airport!!!
Pompano Beach is filled with entertainment for all! Close to waterfront dining, nightlife, golf courses, shopping, sport facilities, theaters, casinos, marinas and beach access.
Get the best of both worlds with this location being 15-20 minutes via car to Fort Lauderdale beaches, beautiful Las Olas Boulevard in downtown Fort Lauderdale, Mizner Park in downtown Boca Raton with incredible shopping, restaurants and movies at the onsite cinema

We stayed as two families, and the house was perfect for us: spacious, very beautiful, and in a great location. From the garden, you can walk straight into a park with a playground, which was wonderful for the kids. Communication with Igor was super easy, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Oasis

Our 4 night stay was perfect; Igor was an incredible host, super responsive and cooperative, even when we had to change our dates due to the hurricane. Excellent vacation spot. Close to the beach and restaurants. Igor was a great host and responded to any of our needs and requests quickly. Kitchen was well stocked, large screen tv and beds were extremely comfortable. Kids and adults both loved the pool and the patio area, not to mention the comfortable lounge chairs. Would highly recommend.

Quick getaway weekend

Amazing! The property was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The pool, backyard and lanai were spectacular! Igor was a great host, answered all questions and gave great instructions for arrival, WiFi and other misc. Our only regret was our stay was too short. The pictures shown were exact! Great property in a Great Neighborhood

It was a great neighborhood, with a nice park around the corner to take a walk in. The pool and patio area were also beautifully setup. The property was very clean, and Igor got back with us right away to answer any and all of our questions. Had an awesome stay!! Would definitely rent again!!

Everything you could need!

We just finished up our 5 night stay here! The home is so welcoming, the layout is perfect and the backyard is what dreams are made of! You never have to leave the house but the park and beach area in the backyard was great for our kids and the location was great when we did venture out! Igor was an amazing host and went above and beyond for our family! We look forward to booking next year already!

Family Vacay

The home was just right for our family of 8. The bedding arrangements were perfect. The home was nicely decorated, and the kitchen was well equipped. The pool was the best part of our stay. Good stay

The property was exactly like the pictures. The pool was great. The property manger was great with communication and easy to contact with quick responses. The kitchen was really nice with all the things needed if you wanted to prepare meals. The location is in a cul de sac that was very quiet. The Main Street the house was off of had a lot of shopping and eating options. And the house is roughly a 20 min walk to the beach which we did. By car 5 mins or less. Overall this was a excellent property and worth the price.

Amazing Stay!

We absolutely loved staying at this property. It was clean and the owner, Igor, was so helpful. Behind the backyard there is even a little park! We went in November and the heated pool was a big plus. We loved the open concept which was perfect for spending time with my large family.

Fabulous inside and out

The home was exactly as expected from the pictures - maybe even better. We had to change plans at a few days notice, and Igor couldn’t have helped any more. He even contacted us after a few days to make sure everything was ok and if we needed anything! The house was well equipped, with everything we could have needed and more. Comfy beds, ample seating inside and out, and plenty of everything (don’t you just hate when there’s only 6 plates/bowls/cutlery?). Good number of channels on the TV too which was a nice bonus. Next time we’re in SE Florida we’ll be back here.

We were a family of 6 staying at this lovely spacious tastefully remodeled house. This house is super clean, kitchen is brand new and equipped with everything needed for cooking and dining. Location was amazing, just couple of minutes drive to the Pompano beach. Little park on the back of property was a big bonus, beautiful view of intercostal waterway was just a few steps from the property outdoors pool area. Host was always available and kind. Can't say enough good things about this house- our family had a great experience!!! We will definitely be back.
