Most of the time, Lorch is known primarily for his poets and Staufer, especially since not only Friedrich Schiller, Eduard Mörike and Gustav Schwab called the place their home; finally the Romans also felt at home here, especially since behind the Limes, which is still visible today, ultimately the protective wall against the then wild Germanic tribes.

There is this beautiful little holiday oasis and therefore the starting point for many activities. It is close to the B 29 and is conveniently located near the transport links to Stuttgart. Depending on the traffic situation, it can be reached particularly quickly via the federal roads B 29 / B 14 through the Kappelberg tunnel.

Nevertheless, Lorch is a small town with more than 10,000 inhabitants, however, many excursion destinations can be reached shortly from here and Schwäbisch Gmünd in particular is only a stone's throw away by car.

Of course, the area is known for its beautiful monastery, which is why many tourists find their way to this destination. At least some of the Staufer found their final resting place here. Next to it you will find the Staufer falconry, which you can visit and then in the monastery garden with a cup of coffee and a piece of cake, you can have a good time. If you are planning a wedding, this is an attractive location.

After all, Lorch also has many shops and locations. Due to the medieval half-timbered buildings, the city center is very popular with visitors and locals and can be easily reached on foot from the apartment. There is also a small bus service.

The offered private apartment is on the 1st Upper floor of a two family house. From there you have a beautiful view of the countryside and the Haldenberg.

The house itself was built in the exciting 50 years and the interior has lost none of its charm from that time. A staircase leads to the 2-room apartment and especially people who love buildings with a little pattina will feel extremely comfortable here. The bright rooms radiate a lot of positive energy.

On the left is the cozy bedroom with a view of the garden. Opposite is the separate toilet with adjoining bathroom in beautiful contrasting colors and equipped with all the accessories that will enhance your stay.

Then you will enter the modern kitchen, which has been supplemented by a small seating area.

From the living room you can access the spacious balcony. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed so that up to 3 people can comfortably sleep in the apartment. On request, an additional guest bed is also possible for a fee, so that the apartment can be occupied by 4 people if required

The entire living area was bright and friendly and equipped with high-quality fittings. These round off the elegant picture of this oasis of wellbeing.

Behind the house is a beautiful large meadow, which is owned by your host. You can use these wonderfully in the summer months.
