he maisonette is located on the edge of the forest above the village and offers you peace and relaxation. From the apartment you have a wonderful panoramic view of the Innerste valley.

The 58sqm apartment is spread over 2 floors and has a separate entrance.
The living room has a generous window front, a cozy seating area, dining table and chairs, wooden board games and a large TV. From the living room you enter the balcony, which is south of the apartment.
In addition, on the lower floor there is the hall, a bath and the kitchen. The kitchen is u. a. equipped with stove / oven and 2 coffee machines (Tassimo, filter). A storage room under the stairs provides additional storage space.
Upstairs is a large bedroom and an additional daylight toilet.

The apartment is located in an apartment building with 6 residential units. It is built in solid construction on a slope on a spacious forest plot.
The forest portion of the property goes directly into the forested mountain hut with its various hiking trails, so that you can start your excursion directly from the apartment door. The location is also ideal for dog owners, as the small and large gas lanes are possible without any road / car contact.

The wild and romantic mountain town of Wildemann (800 inhabitants), which is also known as the 'Little Tyrol' of the Upper Harz, lies nestled between the Innerste and Spiegel Valley in a charming natural landscape. All around Wildemann you will find wonderful hiking trails and quiet side valleys, in which clear streams flow and idyllic ponds invite you to linger.

The 19-seater gallery, an outdoor pool heated in summer and a glow golf course are other leisure options in town. In Wildemann there are several restaurants, cafes, a small supermarket, a bakery and a kiosk.

The university town of Clausthal-Zellerfeld with all kinds of shops can be reached in about 15 minutes by car and the climatic health resort Lautenthal with the Innerstalsalsperre in about 10 minutes. The imperial city of Goslar is about 30 minutes away.
