The home is only 20 minutes to Phoenix Sky Harbor and just over 20 minutes to Mesa Gateway Airport. There is keyless entry with self check-in and fast Wi-Fi throughout the home. It is all on one level and has been professionally designed to be clean, bright and inviting.
The home has four bedrooms all with large screen TV’s, two bathrooms both with tub and shower, living room with large screen TV, kitchen with counter seating, eating nook with table and chairs, laundry room with washer and dryer, two car garage with keyless access, covered patio with lounging couches and large screen TV, a large inviting yard that is desert landscaped, putting green with three holes, bocce court with seating, fire pit with conversation circle and BBQ area with grill and picnic table.

The Yard
Step out on to the patio from the living room or the master suite where you can lounge and watch the big game, your favorite shows or hit movies on the outside big screen TV. There is something for everyone in the large resort-like backyard. It opens to a fire pit where you can sit and relax by the fire or just recline comfortably in the large Adirondack chairs. If you want a challenge, you can enjoy playing Bocce ball on the large Bocce ball court, test your aim in a round of cornhole, or improve your putting skills on the three hole putting green. If barbecuing is your game, indulge your inner Pit Master in the BBQ area with the gas grill and picnic table.

The Bedrooms
Relax and rejuvenate in the four artistically furnished bedrooms each with its own unique wall art and design. Every bedroom has been purposely outfitted with a different style luxury mattress so you can pick the type of mattress you love and have the most enjoyable and rejuvenating sleep. The master bedroom with Two Horse wall art has a king size luxury pocketed spring hybrid mattress. The Feather wall art bedroom has an all foam luxury queen size Tempur-Pedic style mattress. The Palomino wall art bedroom has a luxury queen size hand tufted coil on coil latex and memory foam mattress. The Roadrunner wall art bedroom has a luxury queen size pocket coil medium firm hybrid mattress. All bedrooms also are equipped with USB charging and plug accessibility on each side of the bed and for your entertainment, there are large screen TV’s in every bedroom so you can stream your favorite shows.

The Bathrooms
There are two nice clean full size bathrooms each with a tub/shower combo.
The attached master bathroom has double sinks.

The Living Area
Enjoy time reading, relaxing or watching TV in the living room on the two couches and upholstered chair. There is ample room for everyone to be comfortable and to spend time together. For those that want to enjoy playing chess, checkers or cards there is a chess table with two upholstered chairs by the fireplace to challenge each other or maybe just sit back and relax. There is Roku TV so streaming Netflix, Amazon, HULU, free movies, etc is a breeze.

The Kitchen and Eating Area
Have a seat at the table or pull up a stool to the counter and enjoy your meal. The kitchen is stocked with all the utensils and cookware you need and it is easy to cook at home with the nice stainless steel and black stainless appliances. The kitchen has a large refrigerator, full size range, microwave, drip and K-Cup coffee makers, blender, waffle maker, dishwasher etc.


The Laundry Room
There is room to store items on the shelves and there is a full size washer and dryer to get all your laundry clean. The laundry also has a ironing board with iron.

The Garage
The full sized garage allows parking for two cars. The overhead garage door is controlled by the entering a code on the garage keypad. Entry to the home through the garage internal door is also keyless and coded the same as the front door. Electric vehicle charging available through 20amp 240v outlet.


Workspace
There is a mobile desk that can be set up wherever you would like your office space to be. There are also a couple of table spaces and a countertop that can all serve as a place to set up a laptop for work.

Centrally located in the heart of Mesa the home gives you easy access to the best of the Valley of the Sun has to offer.

See all your favorite Professional Baseball teams in the Cactus League with five different spring training fields and six teams (A’s, Cubs, Angels, Diamondbacks, Rockies and Giants) all within about 20 minutes.

There are many restaurants all only a short drive away. Areas like Dana Park, Heritage District Gilbert, Old Town Scottsdale, and Tempe Marketplace each have a variety of great restaurants where you can find one that will appeal to everyone and where you can also have a great meal.

There is an endless list of activities like golf, museums, the Phoenix Zoo, the Botanical Gardens, parks, professional and college baseball, football, basketball, hiking, mountain biking, swimming, paddle boarding, tubing, kayaking, boating/jet skiing, festivals, farmers markets etc.
