So Much More Than You Bargin For!

Note: PETS ALLOWED ONLY WITH PRIOR APPROVAL. WE HAVE A ONE DOG LIMIT. (Please see our pet policies at the end of this description) This beautiful, private guesthouse is available year round for nightly and weekly rentals one. It’s located on the outskirts of town, yet is just five minutes from shopping and restaurants. It is beautifully decorated in true western style, and comes fully furnished with a cook-ready kitchen, two bedrooms (1 queen sized bed and 2 single beds), sitting area with Roku TV, free wireless internet access, bath with tub and shower. A fire pit is located in front for the use of our guests. Pasture is available for up to 4 horses with plenty of room for truck and trailer parking. The views are incredible and there are no cross streets in front of our property, so it's very quiet and peaceful. Since we are open year round, we welcome hunters, fishermen, hikers, snowmobilers, cross country skiers, horseback riders, nature lovers, mountain bikers.......everyone who loves the out of doors!

Pet Policies: We are dog friendly; however, no more than one dog. (Please check with owners before bringing your pet.) No cats allowed. Dogs not allowed to be left alone in guesthouse for any reason. Dogs must have their own sleeping bed (no dogs on guest beds) and cannot chase our horses and must be able to get along with our Border Collie. What an unbelievable experience! "So much more than you bargin for" is an understatement. The property is gorgeous and the hospitality is unmatched. If I could give a rating of 10 stars out of 5 I would.

Such a quiet getaway with the most beautiful decor. Everything you would ever need is supplied. The hosts are amazingly knowledgeable about the surrounding area and make wonderful suggestions. We enjoyed spoiling the horses with treats and their sweet dog with throwing toys. The decor in the home is beautiful and hand made, everytime you walk into a room or the porch you find a new treasure. Bob and Sierra are a new blessing in our lives.

Glorious getaway

This property was exactly what the description covers. Sierra and Bob were the perfect hosts and we could not have asked for a more relaxing and delightful respite in the mountains. Everything was provided for our comfort and Sierra and Bob were generous with their local recommendations for interesting sites. We definitely would like to come and visit Saratoga again and enjoy the lovely hospitality at their guesthouse. Thank you so much!!

Saratoga is Great!

The host was amazing and very attentive. She helped us find out which restaurants in town were open. Great access to the hot springs and the host gave free robes to use. The wifi did not work for our entire stay

Most Pleasant Stay

Our 3 day visit to Saratoga and surrounds was great but it was our stay with Sierra that made the trip wonderful. She is a very warm, accessible hostess who we enjoyed spending time with and we learned a great deal about horses. The accommodations were perfect and lacked nothing. Our stay was peaceful and relaxing. I whole-heartedly recommend a stay at the Roan Ranch!

Fabulous views, friendly, helpful hosts

We brought our grandson before he started high school. He is 14. He and his Granddad fished but the heat was too much for the males and the fish! Views were georgeous. Property is everything and more. Highly recommend! When we got home to Kansas, grand told us it was his best vacation ever!!!

Trip to Saratoga

We wanted a quick getaway, chose Saratoga, and stayed at the Roan Hill Guesthouse. It was exactly as pictured except that there are now very comfortable patio chairs on the front porch where we enjoyed sitting each evening. Sierra and Bob were helpful in asking if we needed anything, recommending places to go, and telling us about the area but did not invade our privacy. While we were there, we drove past another place that we had considered staying and were SO glad we made the right choice in lodging!

Wyoming stay

We loved this cute bunkhouse - and how close it was to downtown Saratoga and the hot springs. The hosts were so nice and we so enjoyed the horses. A great getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life!

Stay ar Saratoga

Wonderful place with a beautiful setting facing the Snowy Range Mountains to the East. Quiet and peaceful..almost heaven. Will be back.

Great place to stay for fishing

This was my second time staying at Bob and Sierra's VRBO. There is plenty of room to relax, a GREAT view and a fire pit right out front. There was plenty of room to park my raft to float the river. Bob and Sierra are fantastic hosts, the best I have ever had in a VRBO

Pastoral setting

Sierra and Bob were wonderful! Very accommodating and helpful. Our dog loved the horses. We enjoyed our much needed weekend getaway and it was a lovely spot to do just that.

Wyoming Getaway

My wife and I had a wonderful time staying at Bob & Sierra's Ranch property. The property is so relaxing with great views either sitting inside in the rocking chairs or sitting outside on the patio. We were so very comfortable with the accommodations. Bob & Sierra made us feel like old friends. They gave us restaurant recommendations and fishing hole tips. We are already looking forward to a return visit to this wonderful property and to reconnect with Bob & Sierra.

Beautiful ranch setting

Really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful setting. The guest house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Hosts were very informative about the history of the area and things to see and do. Lots of wonderful hiking trails and two excellent museums highlighting the history of the area. Plan to return for more hiking and exploring.

Great cabin

Very accommodating they provided a lot of little extras such as gift bags coffee etc I left some clothing and shoes and they shipped them on the same day of our departure. I would definitely recommend staying at this house. Chris Lamprecht

Another Excellently Stay!

Our family enjoyed our sumner weekend at Bob and Sierra's amazing place. They are always so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed grilling and an evening campfire after floating the river and attending the brewfest. We will definitely come again!
