Cozy cottage along the beautiful Mitchell River

If you enjoy the outdoors, the sounds of the river flowing, and watching wildlife you will love staying at our cozy cottage. You can take a stroll along or go fishing at the river. There is a1so a firepit that you can relax by. Inside the cottage is everything you will need to be comfortable. As you watch TV or read a good book, you can turn on the gas logs in the fireplace. There are conveniences such as high speed internet and a smart TV. If you want to cook there is a full kitchen with dishes, utensils, and appliances. You will have a great view of the river from every room.
Occasionally, we do have baptisms at the river. We will let you know ahead if there is one scheduled.
It is located within 10 minutes from downtown Elkin, 15 minutes from Dobson, and 30 minutes from Mt Airy. We are close to many vineyards. If you enjoy hiking or beautiful views we are close to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Stone Mountain State park, and Pilot Mountain.
