The approx. 100 sqm apartment is located on the 1st Upper floor and attic of the house. There are 2 master bedrooms on the upper floor and a completely redesigned bedroom with a comfortable mattress sofa bed (150x200 cm) and a wardrobe in the attic as well as sea views. You will be thrilled by the new and friendly designed living room with two and three-person couch, armchair and dining table. From here, a staircase leads up to the 3rd Bedroom with sea view. The separate kitchen is well equipped and has a small dining table with seating. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. On the 5x2 meter large, view-protected loggia on the lake side, you can have breakfast in the morning sun and partly enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea. The apartment has outdoor shutters.

Tea towels, bed linen and towels can be rented. Storage facilities for bicycles and handcarts are available. An additional terrace and a beach chair are located on the lawn property. As a leisure offer, we offer you a foosball table and a table tennis table in the basement of the house. Washer, dryer and freezer on request. Swing and slide are ready for the "little ones" in the garden.
