We offer two modern and newly built sun chalets for 10 people each in a prime location in the Mariapfarr holiday resort. The chalets are located at the foot of the Fanningberg family ski area and not far from the cross-country trails and winter hiking trails. The sunny location on the outskirts, the luxury equipment on around 160 m² with infrared cabin, two bathrooms, a large dining and living area with flat screen TV, swedish stove, a fully equipped kitchen and a large living area make your vacation an unforgettable experience!

Sun Chalet 2:
In March 2015 we started construction on our new Sun Chalet II. We offer space for up to 10 people on approx. 160 m². Fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker with ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, cooking and eating utensils. Large, cozy living room with satellite TV, fireplace, internet connection, glazed dining area with panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. 3 bedrooms with satellite TV and some with balcony 2 bathrooms; the bathroom on the ground floor has an infrared sauna. In addition, a bathtub on the upper floor, 2 separate toilets, underfloor heating throughout the house, cloakroom with shoe dryer in the basement. Spacious terrace with garden
