Special features:
Large sun terrace with rattan couch furniture, outdoor TV and awnings, underfloor heating throughout the house, each room is equipped with individual furniture and LED TV, good indoor climate thanks to the low-energy house. All bedrooms are equipped with fly screens.

Our individually furnished holiday home was newly built in 2016. Generously cut and light-flooded rooms with furniture made of Indonesian ship wood, hand-painted pictures with motifs of the Baltic Sea and much more are waiting to be discovered by you. We have set up a maritime sleeping loft for children and individualists. All rooms are equipped with LED TV. The bedrooms and the kitchen are equipped with fly screens. On the 60m² terrace you can enjoy an extensive breakfast in the morning with friends or family. In the evening you can watch your favorite film on the outdoor TV with a glass of wine. Everything is prepared for you. On cool days you can use the in-house sauna. A cozy log fire also invites you to linger.

Surroundings:
In just a few minutes you can reach the up to 80 m wide and white fine "egg timer sand" on the beach in Karlshagen. The idyllic harbor is only approx. 500 m away. There you can watch the sailing ships mooring or buy freshly caught fish. Passenger ships invite you to explore the rear loading of the island. Our house is at the end of a traffic-calmed cul-de-sac and is surrounded by forests and meadows. In the morning the seagulls sing and in the evening with a little luck you can watch the roaming deer.
