Non smoking house in a quiet location in a weekend house area. First occupancy in July 2013. Approx. 3 minutes' walk to the beach and 5 minutes' walk to the Ahoi bath and spa facilities, 15 minutes' walk to the center. 3 bedrooms (1x double bed 1.80m, 1x double bed 1.60 and 1x 2 single beds), a small bedroom on the ground floor with 1 single bed. 1 shower room on the ground floor with a shower 1.40 m wide and 1 shower room on the upper floor. Light-flooded living area with kitchenette with fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher, dining area and internet-compatible flat screen TV. Furthermore, 2 flat screen TVs in the large bedroom on the upper floor and in the single bedroom on the ground floor. HWR with washer and dryer. 3 parking spaces at the house. For the little ones there is a cot, high chair, handcart and kindergarten furniture, the garden is fenced, loungers, seating and a grill are available. In addition, a beach chair on the beach is available for seasonal reasons.
