Authentic natural stone house recently (2009) converted into a modern holiday house with a panoramic view from the large sunny terrace

This spacious holiday house is nestled into the hilly, lush green landscape above the coastal village of Zaostrog, along the sunny Dalmatian Adriatic coast in the south of Croatia. You can spend a relaxing holiday here in idyllic surroundings, far away from tourist noise.

The traditional natural stone house from the year 1940 was recently converted into a modern holiday house in 2009 and provides modern amenities for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning in all the rooms. The living space of 120m² spread over two floors comprises an open living and dining room with an integrated kitchen, two bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms. The living room on the ground floor provides a comfortable sofa, a generous corner sofa suite, a flatscreen TV with a satellite receiver and a dining table with six chairs. The white built-in kitchen next to it is equipped with the latest appliances: four-zone electric hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and toaster. There is a convenient bathroom here on the lower floor. Wide stone stairs lead to the upper floor with the bedrooms and a second bathroom. The two bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm). The sofa in the living room can be converted into an additional double bed. The bathroom on the upper floor is fitted the same as the one downstairs: shower cubicle, washbasin with a wall mirror, and a toilet (the upstairs bathroom also has a hairdryer). The house has a washing machine. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and there is free wireless Internet access.

The extensive sunny terrace awaits you down below with a round table and chairs. From here you can enjoy an extensive panoramic view over the hilly landscape. A car is recommended during your stay and you can use the secure parking spaces right in front of the house.

Your pet is also welcome on request, if you do not wish to go on holiday without it.

It is about 2.5km to the nearest beach with crystal clear water. In the center of Zaostrog about 3km away you can find all everyday amenities: an ATM, shops and a good range of cafés and restaurants.
