We were so sad to leave this amazing property. We loved our stay. The kids fell in love with the pond and fished for hours when we werenā€™t at Dreams Park (short drive). The house had everything we could have hoped for and more from fishing rods, to lawn games and even an outdoor hang out area where we hosted a team party. Thank you for making our stay so special!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property! The home was spacious, clean, and perfect for our group. The kids had an absolute blast fishing in the pond and running around on the wiffle ball fieldā€”it kept them entertained for hours! The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, which made everything even smoother. Weā€™d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. Plenty of room to roam inside and outside. The pond was a hit for children and adults for fishing and swimming. Close proximity to Cooperstown Dreams Park was a bonus.

Your Cooperstown Dream Stay

My family of nine stayed at this magical location during our time in Cooperstown. To say we were blown away by the property is an understatement. From activities for all (fave was team swim in the pond), to the gorgeous views, to the beautiful (and well stocked) interior, we were in heaven! I would highly suggest anyone looking to stay in/near Cooperstown to give this home your attention. Thank you to Caitlin and team for a week we will always remember!

We had a great stay!

We had a great time staying here in late July. Perfect proximity to everything. Our kids (age 10 and 6) stayed at the pond almost every evening until sunset. The two boys enjoyed playing baseball on the field. Thank you for keeping the property grass mowed. The owners are very friendly.

Perfect for Cooperstown tournament stay!

What a peaceful location--the farm is absolutely gorgeous, and the view stunning! Love that it has all the character of a historical property, yet updated in amenities! Plenty of room for families, and we hosted our team party there--the kids loved playing wiffleball on the baseball field, and fishing in the pond on the property, and just running around all afternoon and evening on the spacious property! Caitlin was super-responsive and helpful, and we can't recommend this property enough!

We were thrilled with the property and amenities of the home. Communication was excellent throughout, from booking to checkout. They quickly addressed a small issue we had. It was an easy drive to Cooperstown Dreams park.

This property was better than I could have imagined!! It met every need I had, and then some. The house was gorgeous- updated bathrooms and kitchen, and beautiful woodworking throughout. Incredibly clean. The kids LOVED the pond for swimming & fishing, and we had a killer baseball game which resulted in my 82 year old father hitting a single to win the game. We had our team celebration onsite, and everyone was amazed at how incredible the property was. Itā€™s less than 15 mins to Dreams Park and downtown Cooperstown. Perfect location. I canā€™t say enough about how perfect this property was. If I could give it 100 stars, I would. The owners are also wonderful- very fast to respond, very helpful throughout our stay, and genuinely very nice people. I canā€™t wait to go back!!!

Absolutely beautiful property

This house and all the history was so interesting. The grounds of the property were gorgeous and so peaceful on a little country road, but close to the ballpark and Cooperstown kids (and adults!) loved fishing in the pond. Wanted to have a team picnic and ballgame at the field but the rain delays screwed that up. Would definitely rent again - hopefully coming back in two years!

My family and I agree-this was one of the best short vacations we have ever taken in our lives. The property is beautiful, historic, entertaining and relaxing. We particularly enjoyed playing baseball/softball and volleyball, fishing, grilling, and taking in the beautiful view from the open-air 'cabana'. Caitlin was helpful and responsive. We hope to make this a yearly family tradition! Highly recommended!

Awesome quiet setting for getaway and baseball

We had a son playing at Cooperstown Dreams Park for a week. Totally loved the place. Short easy drive back and forth to CDP. Quiet and historical (loved the binder that told the history of the house and farm). Close to the Dreams Park complex. Spacious and you have your own whiffle ball field and pond too! Owners were quick to respond to any questions and very friendly. Highly recommend this house if youā€™re looking playing at CDP or just want a getaway in the area.

Outstanding place.

Great location, beautiful property, wonderful host, quaint authentic farmhouse with so much old charm. We loved the porches and the garage converted to a dining/sitting area. We had part of our team out. They enjoyed the pond, volleyball and baseball Diamond. The house was well supplied with every basic need. We all would definitely return again. Highly recommended!! Amazing getaway

We loved this property. It was very peaceful and beautiful after coming back from Cooperstown. Our kids had a blast fishing in the pond. We never ended up swimming in it but wish we had. The had floaties, fishing poles and ice chest there to use. Bring bug spray!!! It get insane as the sun goes down. The kitchen is completely redone and nice. The rest of the house is definitely older but our family liked that. It was charming. We loved our stay.

Amazing memories!

This was the perfect house for our Cooperstown All Star Village experience. The farm is about 20 minutes from the field. We had 2 children and 4 adults along with our dog. The siblings enjoyed fishing and playing whiffle ball when not at the ball park. The outdoor eating space is amazing and will be missed greatly. The historic house with all of its antiques will be remembered by all. Such amazing views and a lifetime of memories were made this week. My oldest who played in the tournament already asked if we could rent the same place if his brothers get this opportunity. Thank you for making this trip more than we could have imagined!
