Luxury holiday home right on the water with steam sauna, bathtub and large south-facing terrace in a dream location. Simply arrive, feel good and enjoy - that is the motto in the holiday home "Achterdiek" with the yellow facade, which was completed in 2017, directly at the marina. Here your vacation will be an unforgettable experience.
A modern kitchen on the ground floor invites you to cook to your heart's content. You can enjoy the view of the passing sailing ships. In the adjoining, open-plan living and dining area, you can put your feet up and let your mind wander on the large living area or take meals together at the dining table with the whole family.
Upstairs are your bedrooms, one with an inviting 1.80 x 2.00m large double bed, wardrobe and flat screen. From this room you have access to the balcony and thus an outstanding view over the port entrance of the Baltic Sea resort.
Another bedroom is on the other side of the upper floor, with a spacious 1.40 x 2.00 m double bed, a 1.00 x 2.00 m single bed and a 0.90 x 1.90 m extra bed. This room is also equipped with a wardrobe, television and underfloor heating.
The large bathroom with unique steam sauna from Hoesch and many wellness functions offers you a perfect break even on cold days. A bathtub is also available to our guests. Another guest toilet is available on the ground floor.
The large terrace with access from the living room is right on the water's edge. The south-facing terrace invites you for a sundowner when the weather is nice. Conjure up a barbecue on the large grill and end the evening in a relaxed way. The hustle and bustle in the harbor and the arrival and departure of the sailing ships can be wonderfully observed from here.
Children are welcome in this house. A travel cot and a high chair are available. There is a private parking space in front of the house.

The Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz is being created in one of the most beautiful holiday regions in Germany: in the north-east of Schleswig-Holstein near Kappeln directly between the mouth of the Schleim and the Baltic Sea.
On the more than 150 hectare area of the former naval base in Olpenitz, a new, unique holiday resort is being built, which impresses with its variety of holiday homes and properties close to the Baltic Sea.
The Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz is embedded in an incomparable nature and equipped with everything that makes your stay pleasant and varied all year round.
Our Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz is constantly evolving and we are all excited to see it emerge until the planned completion in 2022.
On the north breakwater we have our own private beach for guests in the Baltic Sea resort. There is enough space for lying, playing and bathing for young and old.
The new EDEKA store also offers a bakery and a catering area with a view of the harbor basin.
The company "Fahrrad Schmidt" supports you and your family on site for extensive tours by bike. In the southern part of the Baltic Sea resort there is an adventure golf course on an area of 2,800 square meters. Enjoy beautiful walks along the harbor promenade and take a look at the small shops in the Klabautermann house.
There is also fresh fish straight from the cutter, traditional excursion sailors, canoe and boat rentals, optimist sailing courses from the Globetrotter Academy and, of course, spectacular harbor cinema.
The immediate proximity to the Weidefeld beach is approx. 3 km away (incl. Dog beach, restaurant, beach chair rental, kiosk, DLRG surveillance in summer) complete the holiday offer.
The nearest town Kappeln is a recognized Baltic Sea pub and climatic health resort with approx.10,000 inhabitants, which offers many tourist offers for sailors and beach holidaymakers. Kappeln, with its many sights, restaurants, shops and the cozy fishing port is only about 5 minutes away by car.
Experience a ride on the Schleiraddampfer "Schleiprincess" from Kappelner Hafen to the Schleimünde lighthouse or take a bike tour along the many beautiful bike paths along the Schlei and the Baltic Sea. Enjoy the unique natural landscape or relax on the terrace at sunrise and sunset.

House Rules / Prices:
The prices are given per object / night with an occupancy up to max. 5 guests. Each additional guest is charged 15.00 euros / night. The house can max. with 6 guests.
Bed linen, hand, shower and tea towels can be booked for 20.00 euros / person. The use of electricity, water and heating as well as the final cleaning are included in the flat rate of 119.00 euros. The deposit of 300.00 euros is due with the remaining payment by bank transfer to our account. If the delivery is made properly on the day of departure, the deposit will be returned within 5 working days. All prices include 7% VAT.
