In our apartment you have the opportunity to enjoy a unique view of the sea and the island of La Gomera as well as the silence of the nearby mountains of Tenerife. Away from the hustle and bustle of tourists and all within walking distance of the beaches, restaurants, shops and all tourist entertainment centers.

On the 15 m² terrace with a unique view you can enjoy a coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at sunset and spend the day on new comfortable sun loungers under a large parasol for shade lovers.

The apartment is located in a very well-kept, closed residence with 2 swimming pools, one of which is heated in the cold season.

The apartment is suitable for both short breaks and longer stays for couples of different ages and families with young children. At your disposal (free of charge) is a travel baby bed, a high chair with a table, a potty and children's dishes.

The apartment can also be used by business people working online. There is unlimited internet and a safe for documents and laptops (up to 15 ").

The apartment belongs to the German residents who speak German, English and Russian.
The management team speaks Spanish, English, Russian and Ukrainian.

At the beginning of 2020, the apartment was thoroughly renovated, the color scheme worked out, new lighting installed, all dishes and furniture replaced.

The apartment is equipped with a new 50 L hot water boiler, new devices such as a modern coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, etc.

New bed linen, blankets and pillows, towels and other textiles as well as a double bed with a good mattress and a new sofa bed (120 cm x 180 cm) are available.
