The comfortably furnished 2-room apartment Sunrise with balcony and beautiful partial sea view is located on the second floor of the newly built apartment complex Haus Meeresblick, directly in the dunes and on the beach in Baabe. The exclusive facility opened in 2013 and has direct access to the beach. Haus Meeresblick has an elevator, underground parking and a large wellness area with swimming pool (approx. 8.00 mx 4.00 m - 1.35 m deep), two saunas (a Finnish sauna / a bio sauna) and a massage area fitted. So you can relax in the house sea view in every season.

The comfortable 2-room apartment is on the second floor and has a living space of approx. 35 m². The rooms consist of a living / dining area with an open kitchenette and a sofa bed for 2 people, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a storage room in the entrance area. The living / dining area has TV and radio; the integrated kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, 2-burner stove, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, microwave and kettle. The furnished balcony offers a beautiful and slightly side view towards the sea. A chargeable parking space is located in the underground garage of the house.
Arrival is from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and departure is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
