Welcome to your vacation home nestled near the serene shores of Lake George!

This beautifully appointed property is an older mini-mansion which offers a serene porch with rocking chairs and cozy firepit for evening gatherings, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Property is an easy 2-minute walk to the private HOA beach with amazing views of the mountains and lake. Located two miles from Village of Lake George and 10 minutes from Village of Bolton Landing, you'll have easy access to local shops, restaurants and attractions.

Some area attractions include kayaking, boat rentals, steamship cruises, amusement parks, horseback riding, hiking, antique stores, outlets, miniature golf and fishing, just to name a few!

Beautiful Home

I booked this place for adults with a disability. The place was amazingly spacious and had enough room for everyone to spread out. The area was quiet and beautiful. Any issues that I had were fixed immediately

Beautiful Family Getaway

What an amazing property!! So quiet and serene. The house was just amazing. Tons of room and everything you need. We only had to bring paper products, firewood, and food. Had 11 of us staying quite comfortably. Will definitely book this house agin !

Perfect for a Big Family Group

The house was just right for our family get together, with plenty of space, 2 kitchens, 2 living room areas and a wonderful porch spanning the front of the house with several rocking chairs. The walk to the private beach was just around a curve and downhill, very easy, and the beach was lovely, clean and uncrowned. I particularly enjoyed the bathroom upstairs which has a window with a view and a roomy, luxurious shower. The beds were comfortable. We did find a couple of small areas where it could have been cleaner (for example, the coffee maker in the small kitchen had been left with a used coffee filter in it and I had to clean it before we could use it) but for the most part the house was very clean and immediately usable. Note that one of the bedrooms with bunk beds is between the two living areas and really meant for kids—but we found that we could close it off and move from one side of the house to the other along the front porch when the people in that room needed more privacy. A wonderful family place and we’d stay there again.

Week at the Lake

The location was great. Easy access to the town of Lake George. Plenty of room for my party of 8-4 teens and 4 adults. We enjoyed the fire pit and barbecue. The beach was fantastic .Loved the larger kitchen. I would suggest fixing the electrical connection to the AC in the small kitchen. Lack of lighting in that area was problematic. In order to use the paddle board, my daughter had to drag it out of the bushes, clean it and fix it so it was usable. Also I suggest the place be cleaned just prior to clients arrival. I was greeted by dead flies in several places. In addition the front porch and beautiful rockers were dirty . Not a good first impression! Despite that, plus the cracked toilet seat in the laundry room, everyone had a wonderful week. My granddaughters did parasailing, tubing, paddle boarding, and swimming in beautiful Lake George !

While we strive to keep all areas clean, we are unable to control mother nature. The toilet seat has now been replaced now that it has been brought to our attention. Beautiful location

Loved the beach. It was clean and uncrowded. Only one picture on website and it did not do it justice! Beach chairs really need replacing. Also, we’ve rented many times but never were expected to supply so many amenities. Aside from those two things I would highly recommend this place.

Lake George Hidden Gem

Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood amongst the Adirondack mountains and Lake George minutes from surrounding towns & activities for young or old, whether rain or shine ,lies a home away from home filled with comfort, Adirondack coziness & charm, with plenty of room to accommodate my multigenerational family of ten inside and out with the great fire pit and old fashion porch & a fun house to explore! The beautiful beach perfect for all ages is literally 2 minute walking distance. There is a hill to walk down and up that might be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues! However, the 30 second drive & parking spaces allows everyone to enjoy!

Great house for family with kids

We really enjoyed our stay! House was great for two families sharing, lake is beautiful and a two minute walk. The house provided two paddle boards and a kayak - which were fun. Luckily we had a truck so we could get them down to the lake. Not sure we would have been able to use them otherwise.

Family Get-together

House was more than large enough for eight of us and conveniently located to the village. Just about everything we needed was provided. The only “complaint” is a full ashtray was left on the porch.

Relaxing and fun girls weekend

My friends, family and I had the most fun staying here. We went for a long weekend for my bachelorette. It was everything you would want and need in a house. The location was perfect to get to the village. The private shared beach was awesome!!! I could stay there all day. There really isn’t anything bad to say about this house. I would definitely come back. The other guests in the group couldn’t stop talking how perfect it was for us. There was enough space for everyone and every single amenity you would need they had. Made for a pretty seamless stay.

Owner was a rockstar

Upon arrival, we found a few things requiring owner’s attention. Within 24 hours, all issues had be fixed. Owner contacted us during the week to assure all was good. I recommend this house!

Awesome Rental Property

The house was awesome. It was large enough to meet our needs of 10 people. It was in great condition and we enjoyed that there were enough amenities(silverware, spices, grills, etc) to meet our needs. Kevin, the neighbor was very helpful too in recommending different eateries and places to go on the lake. I would recommend this property to anyone needing a larger house.

Family Fun

Our family of 11 including Grandma enjoyed this lovely home and beach. There was plenty of space for all of us to share a wonderful week with everything you could need and a great outdoor firpit to relax around in the evenings.

Great house for families with children

The property was perfect for our family. The house was laid out so that children could have their area to play and watch television and not bother adults. Although not directly on the beach the location is private and the beach is a few minutes walk and is very nice. Nice property for Adirondack vacation.

Spacious Home in an Ideal location

Overall, had a fantastic week long vacation with two families (8 people) at this home. Never felt crowded. Only 3 miles from Lake George Village which is ideal. The very well maintained private beach was awesome and had incredible views. Every appliance or kitchen gadget you could ever need is available at the house. We loved the huge front porch and all the seating. A great place to enjoy our morning coffee and plan out the day. Used the fire pit several nights which had tons of seating and was very relaxing. Was concerned that having only 2 window A/C units on the first floor wouldn't keep the place cool enough, but even on days where it hit 90 degrees, the whole downstairs was very comfortable. Carrie was responsive and helpful. Would certainly stay here again!

Fun Times and Great House

We had a great time staying at this house. We had a large group and the house accommodated all 10 of us comfortably. The proximity to the town of Lake George was perfect, only a few minutes drive. We were able to walk down to the lake and access the private beach, only for residents. The beach is beautiful and well maintained. There is a swing set and several picnic tables. We enjoyed the fire pit area as well. Very relaxing. We did want to grill one night but the grill did not work. There was plenty of propane but we couldn’t get it to work. Also we ran out of hot water quickly in the house. Unfortunately many of us showered with cool water or we had to wait a while in between showers to ensure warm water. Overall the house was clean. We had a fun time and enjoyed that we could all stay in the house all together. The owners answered all our questions quick and it was easy to book this trip online. We would definitely come back to this house again.

Great house - perfect for a large group

This house is perfect for a large group of people! Yes, you can somewhat tell it is two separate houses but having 2 kitchens and living areas is really nice when you have a bunch of people. There is a ton of kitchen stuff - plenty of cups, glasses, serving bowls, basic spices, cleaning items, cooking pots and pants. Always good to note so you are not dragging the entire kitchen sink with you on vacation. Outdoors there is a nice firepit and two long picnic tables to enjoy a meal outside. We didnt use the grill so can't comment on that There is a HOA beach 500 feet down the road - its super clear and there was no one there either day we went. You are a 10-minute ride away from Bolton or Lake George village so easy to go out at night or go for dinner. We ended up renting a boat at christy's in Bolton one day which is a good activity. The beds are comfy and there are 2 rooms for "kids" on the first floor with 3 beds in each. It's kinda funny how wonky the house is laid out- you can go all around the upstairs and end up in either kitchen. You are not super close to neighbors - there is a house right in the back of this one, but they were super nice and there for just 1 night

Perfect Adirondack Getaway!

My family and I were up in the area for a wedding at the Sagamore. The house was perfect for all our needs and with five bedrooms and four baths we had more then enough room for everyone to have their own bathroom and privacy! The outdoor fire pit with Adirondack seating is great. We didn't get to try it because we were so busy but wished we had. The private beach is just steps away and beautiful. The location is easy to get to Bolton Landing and Lake George Village. Highly recommend!
