The area for rent is a basement apartment with a private entrance with stairs leading to the backyard. It is a private area with an electronic code-keyed door. It has a full kitchen with everything you will need to prepare food and eat. There is a large backyard with 2 tree swings, a trampoline, a pavilion with a grill and a picnic table, a fire pit, and 2 tetherball standards. we also have an air hockey table inside the unit (free play) and a foosball table and basketball game available to be set up for an additional charge ($15)

We have a homestead with goats, free-roaming chickens, and bees. You can set up a time for a private animal experience milking momma goats, feeding goats, bottle feeding baby goats (depending on the time of year), holding and feeding chickens, tasting goat milk, learning about bees, and trying fresh honeycomb. ($40 for a family hour session, $5 for each additional person over the immediate family)

We also have other products for sale, like honey, fresh goat milk and cheese, goat milk lotion, and fresh eggs.
