Our top priority is the satisfaction of our guests, and we always emphasize the importance of reaching out to us with any questions or concerns. However, we are disappointed to learn from your review that you experienced these noise disturbances. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. However, you never brought these matters to our attention during your entire stay, even after we proactively reached out to ensure everything was going well. We could have promptly addressed these issues had we been informed. Regarding the area, our desire and hope is that we will receive fair reviews and ratings that reflect the living space, and not the things that we cannot control.
