This condo has new furniture. We have always had a QUEEN size bed The bedroom has a door for privacy (most 1BR condos in this building do NOT have a bedroom door), It has 1 bathroom. A queen sofa sleeper in living area. This BEACH FRONT condo is located right in the heart of Gulf Shores and is close by several restaurants, shopping outlets, gift shops, entertainment (next door to city park the SHRIMP FESTIVAL & MUSIC FESTIVAL), The Hangout is two blocks away, Lulus', the water park & etc with many of these being within walking distance.
Also, if you are interested in amusement parks, Waterville, putt putt golf, The Track, golf courses & etc are close by. Owa amusement park is in Foley not far away.

From the balcony you can enjoy it's beautiful and relaxing gulf front. This condo has been recently updated to give you the best experience possible on your vacation. The building has a large updated outdoor pool (heated March - October). The pool area has chaise lounge chairs. Plus a kiddie pool for the little ones. All of this is just a few steps from the beach. There is a large covered area by the pool with tables and chairs. Also, there are two large charcoal grills near a covered area and picnic tables near the pool area.
Whether you are here to enjoy the attractions and great food or just here to kick back and relax for a few days this condo has everything you could need in a place to stay. We have satellite tv and secure wifi . Our TV's are flat screens & smart TV on the wall in the living room & bedroom. Stack washer & dryer. We have a REGULAR coffee maker & a KEURIG coffee maker. Sliding glass doors to the BEAUTIFUL DIRECT OCEAN FRONT BALCONY!!!
PARKING PASS required. There is a one time parking pass of $50.00 for your entire stay for this building. Only one parking pass allowed for a one bedroom condo. You will go to the building next door(Island Winds East) to get the parking pass. The office is on the ground floor ( under the building). Bath towels and bed & sofa bed linens are furnished. NO beach towels furnished!

THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. The cleaning lady furnishes the first 6 items to get you started. You need to furnish these things as needed. You can wash your clothes, the towels, wash cloths, bed sheets, pillow cases as needed. Washer & dryer furnished. You furnish your laundry detergent.

After you check out to go home THE CLEANING LADY WILL BRING CLEAN LINENS & TOWELS when she comes to clean. You do not need to laundry them. They get paid to do the laundry.
