Enjoy lake life from this peaceful retreat featuring 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and stunning water views. The main level offers a primary suite and second bedroom with nearby bath, while upstairs includes two cozy bedrooms and a shared bath. Unwind in the hot tub, gather at the fire pit, or relax by the dock. Screened patio dining, hammock views, a full kitchen, smart TV, and Wi-Fi make your stay easy and comfortable. Kayaks and paddle boards are also available for you to enjoy on the lake! NOTE: The lake level is down and dock is unavailable between October and mid May.

This lakefront home is designed for both comfort and connection.
• Main level: Primary bedroom with en-suite and lake views, plus second bedroom and full bath
• Upstairs: Two cozy bedrooms with shared full bath
• Smart TV with streaming access
• High-speed cable internet with Wi-Fi
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Washer/dryer available in detached garage

Outdoor highlights:
• Private dock for boating, kayaking, or fishing (lake levels vary seasonally)
• Hammock and lounge chairs overlooking the water
• Screened dining area and patio for meals al fresco
• Hot tub with peaceful lake views
• Fire pit with roasting sticks for s’mores under the stars

The water level of the lake is reduced down significantly between the first of September and mid-May. The dock may be unavailable to use during this time due to safety concerns. Feel free to reach out to ask about the water level before booking!

The house was very clean and tidy. The lakefront was amazing. Deer and geese were neat to see. One of our friends had a Herron land on the railing. Everything we needed to cook and enjoy were on site and very available.

Nice but not as shown in photos. Dock completely broken, kayaks not accessible. Older home. Clean interior. Be mindful of very winding road to access location. Beautiful deer everywhere.

The house is very nice, kitchen is well appointed, baths are nice, deck both covered and uncovered has a beautiful view and we used the firepit and it made for a memorable experience. We didnt use the hottub or go down to the lower facilities on the lake because my husband and I can not do all the stairs. The host was super nice and accessible. I would dp it again.

This is a terrific/beautiful location. The only knock I have is TVA draws the lake down in the fall and winter months and the dock configuration doesn’t allow access to the water - the floating portion of the dock was probably 8’ below the fixed portion of the dock, so using the kayaks or water access isn’t feasible. We were there in mid October, so my kids were disappointed they couldn’t get down to the water. Other than that, I would happily stay there again. Just be sure to check the lake level, if that’s important to you.

Fabulous home and stay in Piney Flats

Beautiful home with stunning views. Felt like a home away from home. Would highly recommend this property - it's gorgeous inside and outside. Will definitely stay there again the next time I visit family in Tennessee.

Wedding trip with family

Needed a place to stay while attending a wedding. We needed to bring our dogs and have enough space for everyone to be comfortable. This place was perfect, and the lake was a beautiful bonus! Will definitely return for a vacation!

Wonderful stay, just too short!

The property was clean, well furnished, and included use of kayaks and paddle boards! A nice location, close to stores, but quiet. Clear and easy instructions for entering, WiFi and garage. Already planning a return trip. Thank you!

Relaxing 4 day weekend

Everything was easy with this rental. Communication was clear in all all emails, and someone responded quickly when we were in need. All rooms were clean and kitchen had everything you'd need. There was a crib and high chair for the baby, and the deck was so relaxing. The view was beautiful, and every aspect was relaxing. It was great, and highly recommend. If you need a break from your family per se, there are plenty of places to go peacefully. And stores and restaurants within a 30 min drive.

Lovely Setting

We loved our short stay. The view from the deck was beautiful, with serene waters surrounded by nature. Our teens loved the dock area and were able to swim and kayak. The location provided a perfect location from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The house was well stocked for our stay and the check in process was easy. We would highly recommend this beautiful spot for anyone looking to relax and unwind in a great location.

Lake house

The stay started off great by communication from the property manager. The house was decent but it wasnt perfectly clean but it wasn't worth complaining about. My kids and wife where excited to use the hot tub, Go outside and take top off and at first glance it looked clean. I started up the jets and white stuff was floating everywhere it looked super disgusting. I emailed management and I didn't even get a reply back. The other downfall is we booked this rental over a year ago and was charged 100% a year ago instead of a deposit. Also it was never mentioned that this time of the year the lake is not even useable due to it being drained and low. So that was a disappointment for our family. Paid a premium for the house and just didn't get what we expected.

So sorry you had this issue with the hot tub. We actually had just purchased a new hot tub right before your stay and you were the first people to ever use it. So we aren’t sure if this is related or not. However, we have weekly service on the hot tub and zero issues since. Hope you have a chance to stay again!
