This location was fantastic for our family gathering! The lake is beautiful, the views are amazing and the home setup was wonderful! It was the perfect size for us! Wildlife was a major plus!!

Great view and access to the lake, and the hot tub was fantastic. I would highly recommend staying at this house when visiting Boone Lake.

We spent a week with 4 adults and 4 kids and had a great time at this house. The Jack and Jill bedrooms on the upper lever were perfect for the kids. The beds were quite comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed to make meals. The house was clean and exactly as pictured. Anthony and team were very helpful and responsive to any questions. There was an issue with the floating dock when we were there, but the covered, connected dock still allowed for jumping and swimming in the lake! The boat traffic around the house was light, which allowed for comfortable swimming conditions. We would stay at this house again!

Great time , beautiful place , perfect get away! Seen lots of deer in the woods beside us which was great for the two year old. Host was great and everything was as listed. Highly recommend

Clean home with ample bedroom space! There were some small items/amenities that would have been nice to have that weren’t at the home, including dish soap, sponges/dish clothes, and toiletries in each bathroom. Nice place for a low key family trip!

The property is next to the lake in a quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of room and a nice place to sit outback and relax next to the water.

Fabulous home and stay in Piney Flats

Beautiful home with stunning views. Felt like a home away from home. Would highly recommend this property - it's gorgeous inside and outside. Will definitely stay there again the next time I visit family in Tennessee.

The house was very clean and tidy. The lakefront was amazing. Deer and geese were neat to see. One of our friends had a Herron land on the railing. Everything we needed to cook and enjoy were on site and very available.

The outside of the property was a mess, the stairs to the dock were destroyed, my 11 year old fell on the stairs the dock area was falling apart, there was an old hot tub filled with water on the property, screen door had a torn s screen, trash outside from the last guest, the railing on the top deck was wobbly and dangerously loose, the string lights has missing light bulbs , dangerous for the kids, the roof had falling tree branches, the washer was broke, the four garbage cans were full. We had to call twice to have them emptied. Maintenance man tried to fix the stairs, not luck! Waste of money.

Wedding trip with family

Needed a place to stay while attending a wedding. We needed to bring our dogs and have enough space for everyone to be comfortable. This place was perfect, and the lake was a beautiful bonus! Will definitely return for a vacation!

Nice but not as shown in photos. Dock completely broken, kayaks not accessible. Older home. Clean interior. Be mindful of very winding road to access location. Beautiful deer everywhere.

Wonderful stay, just too short!

The property was clean, well furnished, and included use of kayaks and paddle boards! A nice location, close to stores, but quiet. Clear and easy instructions for entering, WiFi and garage. Already planning a return trip. Thank you!

The house is very nice, kitchen is well appointed, baths are nice, deck both covered and uncovered has a beautiful view and we used the firepit and it made for a memorable experience. We didnt use the hottub or go down to the lower facilities on the lake because my husband and I can not do all the stairs. The host was super nice and accessible. I would dp it again.

Lovely Setting

We loved our short stay. The view from the deck was beautiful, with serene waters surrounded by nature. Our teens loved the dock area and were able to swim and kayak. The location provided a perfect location from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The house was well stocked for our stay and the check in process was easy. We would highly recommend this beautiful spot for anyone looking to relax and unwind in a great location.

Family lake vacation

Loved the view. House was extremely dirty, smelled like urine. Rugs and chair cushions stained.

This is a terrific/beautiful location. The only knock I have is TVA draws the lake down in the fall and winter months and the dock configuration doesn’t allow access to the water - the floating portion of the dock was probably 8’ below the fixed portion of the dock, so using the kayaks or water access isn’t feasible. We were there in mid October, so my kids were disappointed they couldn’t get down to the water. Other than that, I would happily stay there again. Just be sure to check the lake level, if that’s important to you.

Relaxing 4 day weekend

Everything was easy with this rental. Communication was clear in all all emails, and someone responded quickly when we were in need. All rooms were clean and kitchen had everything you'd need. There was a crib and high chair for the baby, and the deck was so relaxing. The view was beautiful, and every aspect was relaxing. It was great, and highly recommend. If you need a break from your family per se, there are plenty of places to go peacefully. And stores and restaurants within a 30 min drive.

Lake house

The stay started off great by communication from the property manager. The house was decent but it wasnt perfectly clean but it wasn't worth complaining about. My kids and wife where excited to use the hot tub, Go outside and take top off and at first glance it looked clean. I started up the jets and white stuff was floating everywhere it looked super disgusting. I emailed management and I didn't even get a reply back. The other downfall is we booked this rental over a year ago and was charged 100% a year ago instead of a deposit. Also it was never mentioned that this time of the year the lake is not even useable due to it being drained and low. So that was a disappointment for our family. Paid a premium for the house and just didn't get what we expected.

So sorry you had this issue with the hot tub. We actually had just purchased a new hot tub right before your stay and you were the first people to ever use it. So we aren’t sure if this is related or not. However, we have weekly service on the hot tub and zero issues since. Hope you have a chance to stay again!
