Casa del Sole is a bright, meticulously clean home in the heart of Downtown Pensacola that guests love coming back to. Just four blocks from the restaurants, shops, and nightlife of Palafox Street, and a quick drive to both NAS Pensacola and Pensacola Beach, this is an ideal home base for families, friend groups, or anyone visiting for wing ceremonies, graduations, Blue Angels, or a beach getaway.

The primary has a King bed, the second a Queen, and the third a Twin-over-Full bunk bed. Every room has a 4K smart TV with streaming. Perfect for families or groups who need space and privacy.

This home is everything advertised and more. It is immaculately clean, fully stocked as to towels and toiletries and kitchen products. Parling is spacious and it is conveniently close to many downtown businesses and easily within driving of Pensacola beach. In addition to looking clean it is VERY, VERY clean; you can just feel it. The beds are very comfortable - I slept better here than at my own home and the LR furniture is also very comfortable. the neighborhood is quiet and we felt very safe. This home is your home away from home in Pensacola!

Weekend Getaway

Spending the weekend in downtown Pensacola and this house was in a good location to shops and restaurants. It was also close to the Saenger Theatre where we went to a concert. The house was super clean and comfortable. Hopefully we will be able to go back for another visit soon.

From the moment we stepped into Casa del Sol, we knew we were in for a treat. The house smelled amazing right away, and every single room was prepared with clean, fresh linens. The AC was nice and cold, and the water pressure throughout the home was fantastic. We also loved that there were TVs in every single room, which was a huge bonus!The kitchen was fully stocked and equipped with everything you could possibly need-utensils, cutlery, pots, pans, and they even included spices! There are honestly too many amenities to mention. The WiFi was great, which was perfect for the kids to stay connected and allowed me to get some remote work done seamlessly. Plus, all the rooms had plenty of hangers and storage, making unpacking and settling in incredibly easy for us.Our host was phenomenal from start to finish.Communication was excellent before we even arrived up until the day we checked out. They were responsive, friendly, and highly accommodating-frankly, one of the best hosts we've had in a very long time!The location is also perfect. The neighborhood itself is incredibly nice and quiet, yet the house is still within easy walking distance to a great little park that our kids enjoyed visiting almost every other day. It's also close to lots of shops, restaurants, and downtown near Palafox Street, where we spent a lot of time because of all the great options. Overall, this has been one of our top-if not the top -family destinations. This house is highly recommended!

Most enjoyable stay

We stayed here four nights, the house was immaculate, honestly probably the cleanest house we’ve ever stayed at. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were well provided with towels and shampoos and washes. My children loved staying here we sat out on the balcony 3 of our four nights enjoying the night air. Only regret is we didn’t get to spend more time at the house while we were here visiting family.

Great stay for our first time visit to Pensacola. Well stocked (including beach towels and 4 small chairs!). Probably the softest fluffiest towels (while still being fully absorbent) I’ve ever used. Master bath shower was fantastic. Easy walk to ball park and Palafox street. I do feel like I need to tell people that the neighborhood (as of April 2026) is transitional. There is an abandoned house 2 doors down and there were 2-3 unhoused individuals who were sleeping in a vacant lot. However there are also joggers, dog walkers, and people pushing baby carriages. It’s an interesting mix. While I wasn’t sure how it would play out at first, I ended up feeling perfectly safe, (even at night) walking my own dogs or walking home from eating out downtown. I loved spending a week in Pensacola and look forward to returning.

Pensacola Vacation

We enjoyed our week long getaway to FL. We loved that everything was labeled in the kitchen making it so easy for us to locate items. Home was very clean and organized. We found the area safe, park close by to entertain little ones, my SIL ran every morning and played basketball at the park. We were 5 minutes to downtown by car, free parking spots are labeled. We enjoyed the beach and Fort Pickens several days. We loved this place and were sad to leave. Will definitely keep on our list for the next visit. Thanks so much!!

Wonderful Stay!

We couldn’t be more pleased with this house! It’s new modern space with beautiful decor was very inviting. Plenty of space for everyone, each having their own bathroom. Shower pressure was awesome and beds were comfy. Thank you for having a step ladder, it saved our lives for packing our luggage rack! House was fully equipped with everyday necessities, they thought of everything, to say they exceeded my expectations is an understatement. Matt was very communicative , making check in a breeze. Would definitely recommend this house!

Sweet 2 story home near downtown

We enjoyed our 3 nt. stay in this conveniently located vacation home near the active downtown area. All 3 bedrooms are nicely decorated, with comfy beds and have well stocked bathrooms. The kitchen/living area has the open floor plan for easy access.. loved the parking spots right in front.. the owner is available and responsive to all your questions.. it's a super simple check in and out.. loved this rental and hope to return soon!!

After spending many years in Pensacola, Florida, Matteo now lives in Boulder, Colorado where on his free time he enjoys hiking and anything outdoor related with his wife and kids. Casa del Sole is Matteo's family second home, where they live to spend time as frequently as possible and rent it on AirBnb/VRBO when vacant to help pay for expenses.
