This single-level lodge has it all. The open living plan leads to the bank of windows overlooking the Frio River Valley...and your private pool(pool is not heated ) and cabana. The bedrooms are off to the side, creating a center of the house for gathering and planning for the day.

The fully equipped kitchen puts other homes in the area to shame. Under the counters, you’ll find a pancake gridle, slow-cooker, cookie sheets, and a range of pots and pans. Overhead you’ll find all the plates, glasses, and food storage you need to make your meals without running out of forks. Huge granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of stools let everyone help get the meals prepped for the river...or the pool.

The soft leather sofas in the living room are a great place to linger over coffee or watch movies on the DISH Satellite TV. The dining room table with a sideboard allows you to set up your breakfast buffet (or cold cereal buffet), getting everyone fed and ready for the day ahead.

The pool, with a built-in sun deck, is perfect for cannonballs in the 5-foot deep end and sunbathing in the shallows. Bring your pool floaties!

If you stay with us during the fall or winter season, you have to option to heat the pool.

**SAFETY FIRST! The pool is fenced off and there is a gate between the patio entrance and the pool, but please do not allow kids in the pool area unsupervised.**

BBQing has never been easier with the help of the cabana kitchen! The outdoor refrigerator and sink with granite bar make creating and marinating your outdoor feast a snap. Keep walking through the cabana kitchen and find our BBQ pit, or bring your own...we know BBQ is taken seriously here in Texas. Sports are too, so we included a flat-screen, Dish Satellite TV in the cabana! The Margaritaville Blender is going to come in handy for making sno-cones for kids and poolside margaritas for the grown-ups.

Had enough water down at the river? Start a Ping-Pong tournament on the patio! We also have horseshoes, ladder-ball, washers, cornhole, and tetherball for the lawn. Pick your teams and get your game on!

The fire pit is a great way to cement friendships and family bonds with s’mores & stories. Stargazing on the patio is how we like to end our days at the Rustic Riviera Lodge. You might be visited by axis and white-tailed deer, jackrabbits, or even hear the haunting call of the local peacocks as the sun goes down.

We have smoking areas, exterior to the home, that will keep fire risk low, please use those if needed.

The renter must be at least 25 years of age and sign the rental agreement prior to confirmed rental.

We do have cameras on the pool perimeter, front door, and pool equipment(3). They are motion-triggered and do not record sound. They are in place to protect our property from vandalism to the building, the outdoor equipment, and the pool equipment. They protect both our guests and ourselves from any misunderstandings.

CHECK-IN IS LOCATED NEAR ANDY'S ON RIVER ROAD!
This home is managed by Concan VIP Property Management, LLC. Our office is the little white building around the back.

The guest who made the reservation will be required to check in and provide a current driver's license and 2 credit cards to have on file plus sign the VIP Rental Agreement. Please keep in mind that even if booked through VRBO you still will have to provide a copy of D/L, 2 CREDIT CARDS, and sign VIP Rental Agreement. This rental agreement includes asking for contact information during your stay (email and phone number). This information will never be used for marketing purposes without your expressed permission.
