Great get away

The 3rd house from the public access has lots of beach activity. The parking is ample. The house is very well stocked.The third d floor is very warm. The nest thermostat is locked. The management company canā€™t or wonā€™t help you with it.

NO KING BED. Only queens and twins in bedrooms. Also, we could NOT control the passcode-protected NEST THERMOSTAT. Contacted management company that contacted the owner to give us the PIN code password. They only offered to adjust it for us. It was so hot at night in FEBRUARY! House was beautifully decorated and in a nice location.

Great times

The property was great! Right onion the beach. Limited on restaurants. Most food was fried. Neighbors were loud past midnight but I think it was a group of young girls. But great time with family.

A beautiful vacation spot

We came here to celebrate my boyfriendā€™s birthday and this is a great location! The listing says thereā€™s one king bed and one queen, but there are just two queens. However this was still a great unit and we had a great time!

Nice property. Two outdoor deck railings ā€” one on the 3rd floor deckā€” were very loose. Advised the property manager at checkout so these dangerous safety issues could be addressed before someone gets injured.

Renovated beach house

Great place. Close to stores. New renovation with fresh modern colors. Kitchen is populated with pans and utensils that are used but functional. I think that the cabinets are still being renovated with pulls and under cabinet lights. I would stay here again.

Great St. George Family home!

We loved our stay at Aquarius - its the perfect location for families with the home right on the beach and next to the playground. Our kids loved the arcade games, too! The staff was very attentive to any potential problems we needed. Wish that the kitchen had handles on each of the drawers/cabinets, but that was minor. Would recommend staying here!

Great Location!

Beautiful Home in a great location, convenient to restaurants and stores. Details were a bit lacking though. No cabinet or drawer pulls in the kitchen. Towel bars and tissue holders were missing in the master bath. Also had an issue with the 3rd floor thermostat. It was locked at 76 degrees which wasn't great for a 3 month old baby. Outside deck, steps and boardwalk could use some serious TLC. Nails working out, rotten boards are not good.

The house was beautiful on the inside. We really enjoyed our time there. A few discomforts. Location of the house is wonderful, walking distance to everything. Address needs to be lit better. The address that was sent to me was not real clear making things more difficult to find the house. If you are arriving, donā€™t get there after dark. Customer service kudos to Lewis. He helped so very much getting us in the house. Sand is piled too high around the driveway. Parking pad is half covered with sand hard to tell where you can park. The house was very hot upon arrival, could be because of the kind of thermostats, very energy efficient. It did not take long for the house to cool, including the room at the top. One mattress was very uncomfortable the springs were worn out probably needs to be replaced. A lot of trash on the ground and underneath the house. The houses on either side of this one had very nice gathering areas underneath, just a thought, being able to sit outside in the wind would have been great.The boardwalk needs repairs, there were a lot of screws sticking up, a huge hazard. Need a new coffee pot, the heating element is going out. All in all just a little TLC. We had a wonderful time. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Perfectly Located

We enjoyed our visit to St George Island and stay at Aquarius very much. The area is just enough development to find everything you need, but still quiet and peaceful. The house was clean and ready when we arrived and supplied with everything you would expect. We liked the layout with common area large enough for everyone, but bedrooms spread out to provide privacy. Also loved that each bedroom has its own bath. The location was walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We took advantage of the gear credit received with our rental to get bicycles, which we enjoyed. I think the only time we moved our car was to take a trip into Apalachicola, which I would recommend. It was a great extended family vacation. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
