TV & Fridge and 1 AC ( Air condition ) during sunny days will be powered also on the solar panels system🌞.
While AC's and heater and washing machine can operate only by the electricity provided from the government (Lebanon Electricity).

CasaBella bldg. consist of 2 apartments A & B, but they are totally separated.

Very safe area, 1 minute walking distance to the Embassy complex (British embassy, Denmark embassy,
Japanese embassy, etc..) and half a minute walking distance to the European union delegation to Lebanon.
