Quaint Central Phoenix Duplex

Come and enjoy this cozy 2 bedroom space that lies right in the heart of Central Phoenix. This location offers a wonderful vantage point to traveling anywhere in the valley with a quick 8 minute drive to the downtown super-bowl festivities. You may also explore the wonderful culinary scene and boutique shops that are just steps away. The VA hospital is less than 1/2 mile from the space as well as the nationally renowned Phoenix Children's Hospital which is 2.5 miles away. Just out the front door is access to the Phoenix Canal trail. A path along the canal for walking, running and biking. This path extends 10-20 miles both to the East and to the West. Steel Indian park is a quick walk down the road and boasts a very friendly dog park. The Phoenix Light-rail Public transit is a short canal walk away and offers the ability travel from Phoenix to Tempe and beyond. There is a great neighborhood bar/restaurant that is a block away and is called McKinseys. The Space is half of a duplex and has its own side yard and carport. . The space has its own carport that may also be used as outdoor seating. Street parking is also allowed if that's what a guest prefers. Attached to the carport is a washer and dryer. The kitchen inside has everything you may need to cook and serve meals. The bathroom boasts a walk in standing shower. Each bedroom is approximately 10x11ft with a small walk in closet. The main living area is modest but suitable for a small group of people. There is a smart tv with access to Netflix and all the other major streaming services.


This place is a nice, quiet space in a great location to get where your plans take you in the valley. It's no Ritz Carlton, but it has its charm and benefits. There is a ring doorbell to help keep the space protected and secure.

We stayed at this quaint duplex in central Phoenix with a great location that made getting around easy. The host was excellentā€”responsive and easy to work with. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was a highlight with great water pressure and nice hot water. Me and my family felt safe in the neighborhood as well.That said, the place could really use a deep clean. The ceiling had visible dirt (vent covers), cabinet faces were grimy, the fridge wasnā€™t clean, and the shower could use more attention. Despite that, the overall stay was comfortable and had everything we needed to cook. We will stay again.

This is our second time staying at this duplex. Great neighborhood, which is very quiet, and walkable. Gabe is a great host. He is available to answer questions. The kitchen is well appointed, and has all you need to cook a meal. The beds are very comfortable and plenty of towels. We will stay again.

Compact 2 BR, 1BT Duplex w/ Modern Styling

6 night stay for 2 adults and a 10yr old, nice and comfortable, convenient distance to the city and quiet while not far from a main road.We were very comfortable in the modern looking living room, adequate kitchen (just sugar missing, easy to make up with packets from coffee places worth checking out within a couple miles) and night lights in bathroom and rooms. Swing shower door inward so you don't hit towel rods that swing outward, modern fixtures all round.Outdoor string lights in car port, metal door with manual lock and extra feeling of security when leaving, and convenient keypad entry to main door.2 different feel mattresses, 1 style worked for each of us.Great value, reliable newer small duplex, you never really see or hear the other side, so even better. Book without hesitation...

A short getaway in Phoenix

Our short-stay for three nights were peaceful and pleasant. We enjoyed sitting out in the yard before we go back to the airport and we appreciated the detailed touch of the amenities of indoor and outdoor. During our stay, we met our host, Gabe who had a lovely smile with nice manner. We enjoyed the live music on the weekend at Phoenician, we enjoyed playing the billiard at Arizona Biltmore and We enjoyed the scenic view of the "different point of view" restaurant at Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort. Three resorts are all close by the location of the duplex.

Spacious and clean

This is the other half of a duplex...and it was large and clean. It was very nice on the inside. Great shower. Comfortable beds. I actually really dug the neighborhood as well. Convenient to downtown. Not crazy far from Spring Training fields.

Great property!

We really enjoyed our stay! The property is clean and welcoming. The duplex had all the creature comforts we wanted. The decorating of the home felt clean and new. The appliances in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry seemed new and all worked perfectly. Little extras, such as a water pitcher with a filter, were really nice. The property is a half block away from a path along the Grand Canal-- great for biking and walking. There were two restaurants in the area. We wanted a place that was fairly central, so this worked well for us too! Would absolutely consider this property in future trips to Phoenix area.
