The private pool and hot tub covered completely by a lanai, so you can enjoy a swim whenever the mood strikes. Rinse off in the outdoor shower, then come inside and settle in at one of the multiple sitting areas. A desk workspace is all set up for guests who have remote work to complete. The main bedroom features a stone shower, as well as a separate soaking tub for relaxing after a day or adventure. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Dock details: for fishing only
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
