Great place in the country!

We loved this cozy country house for our weekend stay! The house was super clean and loved the size of the living room and all the couches that we could relax and all hang out together. Great place to stay!

Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was very clean and neat. The owners were hospitable, and we even had home made cookies to welcome us. We will recommend it. If we are in the area again, we will try to stay again.

Amazing Experience

Our stay was amazing! The Farm was beautiful and so welcoming. It was so quiet and peaceful, exactly what we needed. We will for sure be keeping this place in mind for future stays.

A Real Farmhouse

What a relaxing stay! This is a working family farm. Each evening we sat on the porch and watched the trains got by and the fireflies come out. Close to town, but far enough out to enjoy the quiet. We had everything we needed and I hope we can visit again!

Came from MN,CO, , and Texas. Great space for all. Grandson loved the toys. Cookies were great. Anything you needed was there :)

The Farmhouse Review

The owners were extremely kind and helpful. They have a lovely home and it's a good distance from the city. Unfortunately we had to cut our trip short due to work reasons but the owners were very nice about it and helped us shorten the reservation. We will stay here again if we can.

Quiet, Peaceful., as advertised

House is comfortable. Beds are good. The atmosphere is nice and quiet. Host was responsive and easy to work with. WiFi was good. I was able to work, hold video calls all while son watched internet TV.

Wonderful House

We came in to town for a family wedding. The owner was so nice and helpful! She surprised us with fresh cookies waiting for us on our arrival. My 3 year old grandson did not want leave our new “home” and wanted to stay forever! Very clean and comfortable. We felt like we were at home.

Life on the Farm

Just outside of town, but not so far as to be inconvenient. The house has been well taken care of and is stocked with plenty of supplies. From games to condiments and food items. Beds were very comfortable and HVAC performed like a champ with temps nearing 100.

Relax and Enjoy

Our family (6 adults / 3 couples) had a relaxing time in this farm house. Close to Pawhuska for the Pioneer Woman! The house was stocked! Coffee and cream was provided. Nice surprise items in the refrigerator! Sticky Bread was delivered shortly after we arrived. Loved playing cards in the dining room. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay

We had a great time at this lovely farm house. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We were visiting for our granddaughter’s graduation. It was fun to see all the pictures on the walls, I feel like we were learning a little bit about Ponca City history. We loved all the little amenities, especially that there was plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, and other supplies. Our host checked in with us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed and was able to answer any questions we had very quickly. Thank you so much. I hope we get to stay here again.

Lovely place

Shelley, the host, was very friendly and accommodating. We arrived earlier than anticipated and Shelley was very accommodating. She had baked us a loaf of bread that was delicious. The house was spotless. There were items available in the fridge and some snacks, too, with a “honor system” vibe of if you take something, replace it with something the next person may enjoy. The kids got to watch feeding time for the cattle. The house is just outside of town, but close enough that we were able to be wherever we needed within ten minutes. It is near a train track, but that wasn’t bothersome for us. We will definitely keep this place in mind if staying in the area again.

Absolutely perfect and peaceful

Loved everything about this home. Very peaceful country setting and close to town. Each room is set up perfectly. Bedrooms have sound machines and comfortable beds. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to cook meals. Enjoyed learning the history of the property. Highly recommend and I will be staying here again.
