Spacious three story home conveniently located in the historic West End and minutes walk to Boatslip. It is located in a quiet neighborhood yet minutes from the beach and walking distance to everything Ptown has to offer.

The top floor features a master and second bedrooms and a full bathroom. The main floor includes a dining room with seating capacity of up to 10 people; a living room with 42in LCD TV; a recently renovated kitchen with full cooking amenities and another full bath. The large patio off the dining room has a gas grill and outdoor dining set for 8 and patio couch set for entertaining. A large portion of the patio is covered. The lower level features a third bedroom; a private living room; a small kitchen (no stove); and another full bathroom. Also in the lower level is a laundry room with washer and dryer. Central AC.

The house includes private parking for 4 cars. It sleeps 6

Ugurs space is great. Its a charming New England Property. Great location, everything was clean. Bathrooms are all updated, the rooms were a little dated, but that did not detract from the stay at all! Would definitely return in the future.

Great location

Stayed here in July with a group of friends. House was perfect for our needs. A short walk to all the fun that Commercial Street has to offer. A huge deck to sit out on and enjoy the nice weather.

Ptown charm at its best

Great stay in P’Town. House was perfect for our group - much larger than we expected and the outdoor deck was an amazing place to chill and relax for breakfast and after a long day of activities. Great location - close to everything, but quiet and peaceful. Would definitely go back!

Great communication from host, Ugur. The deck is the best part of the house to relax and enjoy. Kitchen is well stocked and bathrooms are nicely updated. I would say the house functions best as a two bedroom as the basement bedroom is a bit small and dark. Decor and furniture could use some updating but overall a perfectly good house in a great location.

Great location

Easy check in and check out. Three proper bathrooms, including an en-suite on the top floor, one on the main floor, and another in the basement suite. Great location, generous porch, and the dedicated parking makes trips near and far a breeze - would be excellent for families with teens/preteens.

School Street

This house was perfect for our stay in Provincetown. On a quiet street but close walking distance to all Commercial street has to offer. The house itself was clean and spacious. The covered deck in the backyard was perfect for morning coffee, relaxing and group meals. We did not drive but there is also plenty of parking. We will definitely be staying at this house again.

House was a DREAM!!!!!

This house was AMAZING!!!!! Enough beautiful space for people to enjoy. The yard was a delight. Location was perfect. Communicating with the owner was a breeze. He was very responsive. We did get a noise complaint from the neighbors because our outside music was rather loud one evening, as this house is located in the quieter end of town. But would definitely recommend to anyone and book here again if he would have us.

Great house and great location!

We spent a fantastic week at 6 School Street. The location was perfect... very close to The Boat Slip, several great restaurants, and all the action on the West End... but on a nice quiet street. The house is huge and was more than enough space for our group of 4 adults. As one couple and two singles, we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. Other singles could stay in the "child's" room (twin bed) off the master and in the family room in the basement (convertible couch bed). The basement bedroom, family room/kitchenette, bathroom, and separate entrance was ideal for single friends. We used the grill and hosted a dinner party for 8 on the covered patio and had everything we needed. The owner was great to work with. We had a small problem with the coffee maker not working and the owner had a new one delivered right away. We'll definitely consider staying here again!

Great location and outdoor covered deck!

The house was adequate but tired. The furniture is old, rugs need to be replaced and some repairs to the stovetop and refrigerator handle needed. The grill was filthy and had a gas leak in the hose. Ugur was very responsive, ordered a new hose to be delivered but would take 3 days, too long. He allowed us to go to the hardware store and purchase a new one, reimbursed me immediately, worked out great. The beds are old and very uncomfortable, need new linens and more than one towel is needed per person. Thankfully w/d worked well and we kept rotating the towels. Unfortunate, we had higher expectations for the going rate. Still loved our time in Ptown… how can you not!

I am very sorry to hear about your experience in our house. We purchase new set of linens every year. We keep three sets of linens available for each bedroom just in case. I wish you had told me about the linens. I would have our cleaning crew come back and replace them. Our cleaning crew prepares one set of towels for each guest. But I certainly would have given you access to our locked cabinet and let you grab more towels if I knew you needed more. You are the first guests complaining about the beds being uncomfortable. I apologize for this. Needless to say, we will order new mattresses for each bedroom at the end of this season. We’ve been renting this house for more than 10 years through VRBO. This is the first time we received a 3-star review. We will continue making renovations and improvements every year to make it comfortable for our guests.

Large group get together

We rented this property for a week in July. We had also rented two additional local properties and some hotel rooms. We had a celebration of life for a friend that passed during COVID. Every evening a large portion of our group (which was more than the 8 people actually staying in the house) visited and we cooked outside together. The porch and yard are huge for a p-town property. There was more than enough space on the porch and the yard for 18 people. Ugur was very easy to get in touch with and on top of all communications. We had issues with the AC on the first floor all week. He did have a technician out there within a few days. The kitchen is new/newer as is the upstairs bedrooms and bathroom. The basements has its own entrance and exit. Looks like it might have been a separate rental at one point. There is a large bathroom downstairs and a laundry room. The basement level living room couches are pull-out couches that were comfortable enough for two teenagers. During a challenging air conditioning week on the first floor, it was coolest in the basement. This property is definitely within walking distance to pretty much everything.

Great mid-summer week in PTown

We (three couples, with a few additional family members visiting for a few days during the week) had a great time at School Street for a week in July. The week started out with record heat, and the zoned house A/C was more than up to the task. The covered deck was a great retreat, with lots of shade and good breezes. The deck was also a great refuge during a big thunderstorm Tuesday night, where we could stay dry and watch the amazing light show while the rain dumped buckets. We all took turns cooking in the kitchen and grill, and had all the tools and utensils we could ask for. We ended up eating our dinners on the porch, but the dining room was great for smaller meals. The three bedrooms and basement living space gave us a lot of flexible sleeping options and bedding that fully accommodated all family members. Thanks, Ugur, for offering this great place for our vacation! We'll definitely check on its availability for our next trip.

Great Porch & Location

The house is overall in good shape. Repairs have been made as needed but there are a few minor things that could be improved. The photos in the listing are accurate for the most part but probably a couple years old. Communication with the host was excellent and everything was seamless for check in and check out. It was clean and safe. We spend the majority of our time on the covered porch in back which was fantastic. The location in the near part of the West End is also ideal.

Perfect location, spacious house, incredible deck

Couldn't ask for a better vacation spot for a group. The house is charming, spacious and well-equipped. The location can't be beat - a short walk to the center of town - but you may not even notice that because you'll spend so much time lounging on the deck. Ugur was quick to respond to our questions and concerns, and overall I don't think we would change a thing.

A fantastic gem close to all the action

This house was a dream to rent. We comfortably fit 8 adult men in the house (although 1 person had to sleep on the fold out couch in the basement but he said it was fine). The deck is an amazing amenity. Really, everyone who stayed at this house fell in love. We had a fantastic week. Cannot recommend enough.

Relaxing, spacious home in a perfect

For the last few years, my friends and I have been in Provincetown for Carnival week. We looked for a place to call home for the week and found the house offered many reasons it was perfect for a vacation week. The deck is where we spent most of our time in the house - coffee and paper in the morning, dinner at night. The master bedroom with separate twin bed room was spacious. The other two bedrooms are smaller but still good enough for a couple to share. Tea is a three minute walk away. The beach is a short walk or bike ride away. Relish and Perry's are a block or two away. Parking and a big back yard. It was a hot week, so we needed to add A/C to the downstairs bedroom (there are individual units in the upstairs bedrooms and living room), and Ugur was easy to work with to address the issue.

Fantastic P-town Getaway

Nestled on a tiny street in the west end, this charming and well-equipped home is close to all the action (and our favourite happy hour spot) but also offers peace and quiet for the occasional afternoon nap. The kitchen is fully renovated with top of the line appliances and has everything you need to whip a gourmet meal. The porch and backyard are spacious and the outdoor dining table is large enough to accommodate 8 people. Our group had 6 adults and one child, and the layout (two bedrooms upstairs with a twin bed in an annex off the master, and a basement suite) was ideal. Other pluses include ample linens including beach towels, 3 full bathrooms, and off street parking for 3 cars (possibly 4 if your cars are small). The owner was responsive and professional throughout. The only minor drawback was the downstairs got a little warm during the day (it was a hot and humid week). A/c units are only in the bedrooms, and they work very well. By the evening, everything cooled down with the windows open, and kitchen was comfortable for cooking. We've been vacationing in Provincetown for 8 years now, and this was our favourite house. We plan to book the same week next year. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Awesome House

We had a wonderful week at 6 School Street. The house is obviously well cared for and clean. The owners have gone out of their way to have everything that you would need on a vacation already in the house. The deck is fantastic! The house is spacious and the inlaw apartment in the basement adds an extra living space! We look forward to many years to come in this vacation house!
