This place was everything I wanted it to be and more. Very remote and private. Everything that we needed was there even twist ties...TWIST TIES!! This property put a lot of thought into what makes stays at rental properties valuable for the renter. I thoroughly enjoyed my time and will be revisiting the location in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Absolutely loved this property. It was cute and had nice amenities. We loved the hot tub after a long day horse showing. And the bed was comfortable! Would love to come back to enjoy the relaxing nature of the property.

Really comfortable. Four things I require for a wonderful stay away from home: the ability to easily make a great cup of coffee in the morning (check), clean smelling home including linen and no use of scented dryer sheets (check), no lingering pet smells (check) and a super comfortable mattress with non-foam pillows (double check). Wonderful!

Don't hesitate to rent Green Creek Shipyard!

This rental was exactly like the pictures and listing. The grounds are beautiful. We spent a lovely evening sitting by the pond.

It's a cute little container home. Privacy seems to be something that was considered. Other than the ring camera flood light but that is just pointed at the gravel parking area. Some of the outdoor furniture could stand to be refinished but that just seems like normal wear.Overall, we had a great time.We are excited to try out the 2.0 to see what changed in the next iteration.

Absolutely PERFECT!

The title says it all… couldn’t have asked for anything better… the property and place were immaculate, the communication was A, the design, idea, and execution of the dwelling is AWESOME! We loved all of it.. we WILL be back! Thank you for sharing this little slice of heaven with us!

Fun getaway

The Shipyard Container is a perfect getaway. The property is located in the middle of a few farms but there are some great little towns and lakes nearby. The property itself is fantastic. It was clean, well maintained and nicely stocked. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. We will probably come back to stay at 2.0 sometime in the near future.

Awesome place!

Our family really enjoied our stay at the Shipyard! It was very clean and cozy. The hot tub felt amazing. We enjoied playing ring toss, there was a wine opener and even a cigar cutter! Coffee was provided(wish was a nice touch). We enjoied breakfast on the top deck and the kids loved the egg chairs. We will definitely stay again! The ower was also very responsive and accommodating! There is a Dollar General close by if you need anything, but it still feels like you're in the county and have privacy. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows.

Cool little getaway in unique home in an awesome town

A bit pricy for what you get but very unique and comfortable with a view.The good: very cool and well done container home. Quite small but comfortable. All the windows and natural light are very nice and waking up looking out the huge window at the foot of the bed to a serene view was so nice. Amazing coffee maker to start the day...and keep it going. The town was very nice and welcoming. We stayed just after Christmas and it was truly a Christmas feeling with an awesome light show. All in all a nice and comfortable stay with a beautiful view, even though it rained so were not able to really enjoy the fire pit or the top balcony...which looked amazing.The bad: the lock code provided in the check-in instructions would not work upon check-in and had to call the property manager. Cell service was terrible so had to actually drive up to the main road in order to talk to the property manager. He did get us squared away with the code to the lockbox that contained a backup key, and we got in. The guest wifi provided in the guest book was not working and resulted in a second trip to the road and a call to the property manager. He got us squared away again with the other wifi password...which we later found was on a sheet on the refrigerator. We were aware lights and radio on the hot tub were not working, but didn't care about that, we did try the hot tub but even set to the max 104 degrees the water did not heat up like it should, felt more like warm bath water.
