We’re from Wisconsin and have always loved spending time on the water and in the Northwoods. We enjoy boating, fishing, bonfires, and making the most of every season up north. What started as a personal getaway spot quickly became a place we wanted to share with others who appreciate the same kind of lake-life experience.

We take pride in keeping Cozy Bear Lodge clean, comfortable, and well-stocked so guests can settle in and enjoy their stay without hassle. Our goal is simple: give families and groups a relaxing, memorable lakefront experience where they can unplug, spend time together, and enjoy everything Little Saint Germain Lake has to offer.

We’re always available if guests need anything, but we also respect your privacy so you can enjoy your time at the cabin uninterrupted.

We chose the Little Saint Germain area because it captures everything we love about the Northwoods of Wisconsin—peaceful lake living with easy access to nearby towns and activities when you want them.

The neighborhood is quiet and wooded, with tall pines, clear water, and plenty of wildlife. The lake itself is the highlight—calm in the mornings, perfect for boating and fishing during the day, and incredibly scenic at sunset when the water reflects the sky and surrounding forest.

What we enjoy most is the balance it offers. You feel tucked away in nature and completely relaxed, yet you’re only a short drive from St. Germain for restaurants, bait shops, ice cream, and essentials. It’s the kind of place where you can spend the day on the dock, take a boat ride, and end the evening around a fire without ever feeling rushed.

The property sits right on Little Saint Germain Lake, giving guests direct access to the water with a private dock—perfect for boating, fishing, swimming, or simply relaxing by the shoreline. Unlike many rentals in the area, you don’t just get “lake views,” you get a true lakefront experience where the water is just steps from the cabin.

Another standout feature is the ability to rent a pontoon right on-site, making it easy for guests to fully enjoy the lake without the hassle of trailering or coordinating rentals elsewhere. Evenings are just as special, with a firepit, peaceful surroundings, and incredible sunset views over the water.
