Welcome to RockPoint! This 2022 beautiful waterfront villa rests on the rocks on the turquoise Sea of Abaco. It offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Tilloo Cay, the "Cut", Lubbers Quarters, and CooperJack Island. Nearly undetectable from the road, you will find arguably the most beautiful view in the Bahamas. Only until you’ve entered and explored Rock Point’s unique layout do you fully understand this oceanside paradise. Its large deck rests just over the water - so feel free to check out the fish and other marine life right below you. Each of the 5 bedrooms offers a picturesque view an en suite bath, plus an additional half bath for the open and spacious common areas: living room, dining area, counter seating for 6, wet bar with wine fridge and drink fridge, and a cozy separate TV den. You will enjoy outdoor options for your every whim with a huge waterfront resort-style deck and swimming pool, a roof top deck with gazebo for quiet sunbathing and sunset happy hours, and a private coffee deck off the master bedroom, plus 2 outdoor showers. All high end amenities, AC, Wi-Fi, and the list goes on! A deep water slip at Dorros Cove dock is included and is only 300 feet away. Our group of 5 couples loved this place...we highly recommend! The property managers were terrific, the owner was very communicative, and it is an amazing location. Beds were so comfortable, kitchen was so well stocked. Can't wait to go back.

Amazing Abacos!

Rock Point is an absolutely incredible house! Brandon and Jess were amazing! The location of Rock Point is spectacular. The rooms are comfortable and the living and outdoor spaces were great for our family of 13. We cooked fresh caught fish every night in the well-equipped kitchen. The house Sonos system was great, too! We can’t wait to book our next stay!

Best Property on the island! Host was great from start to finish and the views are incredible. Best sleeping beds I’ve ever slept on in the 30 years I’ve been coming to Elbow and folks forget how important that is when it comes to rentals. Rest and relaxation is easy when the bed is great! Owners controlling what they can control such as a good AC system, comfortable beds, cookware, and furniture is what separates this property from many others. Add the view… very hard to beat.

Wonderful Week in Abaco

Rock Point met or exceeded all expectations. This was our sixth trip to Elbow Cay, but first to Rock Point and we couldn’t have been happier. The Dorros Cove subdivision was perfect. Docking situation worked great. The views from the pool deck have to be the best on the island.

Awesome stay at Rock Point.

My family had a great time at Rock Point celebrating a 40th birthday! The house its self was great and was perfect for our family to spread out. The views of Tilloo Cut wont disappoint. Tahiti Beach and the Thirty Barracuda were also highlights of our trip. We rented a center console, kept it at the dock at Tahiti, and had a great time exploring the other out islands of the Abacos. We would definitely stay here again.

The Best View !!!

The house is beautiful, the views are spectacular, and the sound of the waves crashing on the rocks all day and night is unforgettable. We loved waking up with a view, sitting outside for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and very close to Tahiti beach, which was ideal for quick trips with our 1.5 year old. The pool was great to have at the house as well for lazy afternoons to swim and the house was equipped with tons of floats and beach gear. Our son’s favorite part was searching for hermit crabs, playing ping pong and seeing sharks from the deck! This house is the epitome of why this island is so special, we will definitely be back! The only thing we needed with small kids was a little more light control, but my husband rigged something with reynolds wrap, and either way it was worth waking up to soak in the early morning views!

We have stayed on Elbow many times in the last 20 years, always at Abaco Inn which is great, but Rockpoint is a different experience and the photos on line do not do the views justice. The house is thoughtfully laid out and spacious. Very well equipped and clean! The managers Jess/Brandon were fabulous! Not only would we stay there again, it will be recommended highly to friends that travel there!

Lots to celebrate

This was a big celebration trip for us…2 50th and a 45th birthday and 3 HS grads, so we splurged on this house. We usually stay at Barefoot Beach. It was everything we wanted it to be! This was our 7th visit to Abaco and 6th staying on Elbow. Rock Point is an absolutely amazing house. You will find everything you need in the kitchen, for the pool, for all your cold drinks, and basically all your needs. The view from the “watchtower” was the best on the island. Being so close to Tahiti beach is amazing. One thing that worked really well for us was how spread out the bedrooms are. We had 3 couples, a single, 3 young adults, and 2 teens…everyone had their own space and no one felt “on top of each other”. The boat dock could not have been more convenient. We had a crew come in one night and make dinner and it was delicious! Highly recommend this place, even if it’s out of your budget!!

Best view on the Island

Our recent stay at Rock Point was nothing short of extraordinary. Nestled in the best location, this rental provided the perfect accommodations for our family gathering, which included multiple couples seeking both togetherness and privacy. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views that surrounded the property. Our time spent on the expansive deck felt like a scene from a postcard. Each couple had their own private bedroom and en-suite bathroom, which offered a wonderful sense of privacy. The loacation was perfect for a easy walk to Tahiti Beach and a short ride on the golf cart to Sea Spray and Abaco Inn. We had one of the best trips to Elbow this year thank you for allowing us to enjoy this home!

Best views on the island!

We had such an amazing time at this property! The views and sound of the ocean were spectacular. Even on a rainy day it was a great place to relax and unwind. The house manager was super attentive and easy to get ahold of. Definitely a place I will love to rent again! Make sure you rent your golf cart well before you come because at busy times they are hard to get. We were able to get one last minute but I’d recommend ahead of time. This house is also a short walk to Tahiti beach and a floating beach bar which is nice if stuck at home without a boat. Highly recommended location!

BEST BAHAMAS FAMILY VACATION HOUSE EVER!!!

This was by far the best house we've ever stayed in, and we've vacationed in the Bahamas too many times to count. Our family is large; 4 kids that are all adults and married (except one), plus two grandchildren, and it is always difficult finding a place that will accommodate us all comfortably. This house made it so we could all be together as a family and still have our own private areas. It's also extremely rare for us to find this many King beds in one house, and our heights range from 5'8" to 6'8" so King beds are a MUST. The pool was clean, and our granddaughters took advantage of it every day of the trip. It would be great if there was more shade on the deck, but with the amount of storms that occur, it would be hard. The absolute best part of the house are the A/C units in each of the bedrooms! No arguments over what temp to set the A/C at night, everyone was able to sleep in the temperature they wanted. The only downside to the house was that there were a few times when the generator turned on to compensate and it unfortunately doesn't power the A/C of the two bedrooms in the tower. However, we never had to go without power completely and the generator was never on for a whole night. The caretakers of the house were wonderful! They showed up any time we needed them and were able to answer any questions we had via text. The owners were also very helpful answering any and all questions we had before the trip!
