Please note that the security deposit hold will be charged for any late checkouts at a rate of $100.00 per hour with a minimum one (1) hour charge, and that housekeeping will access the building at checkout time even if the property is still occupied. This ensures that we can provide same day turn around and offer the same clean and ready experience for all our guests.

Early check-in cannot be approved/confirmed until three (3) days prior to arrival to allow same day turnaround for our guests. If early check-in is requested and approved there is an applicable fee of $100.00 for early check in.
