Private Pebble Beach Community with Tennis next to Island End Public Golf Course

Tucked away between farmland and Long Island Sound in Pebble Beach Farms, East Marion, this very clean, single story ranch is located in a very quiet, private community with a magnificent private beach & tennis adjacent to a public golf club.

The pristine house sits on a half-acre of manicured front yard and a large fenced in backyard and deck to enjoy your privacy.

Within the community you are a 3 minute drive to the expansive, private, sound-front beach with beautiful vistas of rocky coastline, Long Island Sound and Connecticut. From the beach you can watch the sunset in the distant west over the water. Also, enjoy fishing and some of the best pebble collecting anywhere.

For the tennis player, there are courts available for free within the community. There is also a basketball hoop and Bocce pit.

You can literally walk onto the Island’s End Golf Club from the private community. It is a semi-private 6,700 yard course. The 16th hole has been named among the top 18 holes on Long Island located on a bluff overlooking Long Island Sound.

Also nearby, are two bus stops for the Hampton Jitney.

The seaport village of Greenport is a 5 minute drive with harbor front bars, restaurants, music, park, marina, carousel & clam bars. Just off the water are more restaurants, art galleries, antique shops, a movie theatre, brewery, and ice cream shops. On your way home, stop by Alice’s to pick up fresh seafoo
d and Sep’s farm stand for locally grown produce. Also nearby, is Lavender By The Bay lavender farm.

Designed with an open kitchen/dining/living room floor plan, the house has three bedrooms (one queen, one double and two twins) and 2 full bathrooms. The house has central A/C as well as ceiling fans in the bedrooms and dining room. It is tastefully decorated without too much fuss.

The newly renovated kitchen is a very well equipped cook’s dream with beautiful crockery, cutlery and glassware to complement your dinner parties. All linens are well above standard. This is not a commercial rental. Apart from the summer months, this is our personal weekender for the rest of the year. Wireless internet/cable and trash/recycling pick up included.

A great place to relax and unwind.

Fabulous Place on the North Fork

The house was all we had hoped for- great location, kitchen was well equipped and stocked, just a short walk to the beach, clean, comfortable and very quiet neighborhood. We definitely will stay there again if circumstances bring us back to this lovely area.

Very nice home

This house is very clean, meticulously organized, and well-stocked with everything, including very nice linens (cotton, high thread count sheets, cloth napkins, beach towels etc). Brand new kitchen with high-end appliances, pots and pans, cooking utensils etc (you can tell the owner is a pretty serious chef). I would have preferred a bit more more natural light inside, but that's subjective and it probably helps keep the house cool. The association beach is beautiful, esp at sunset.

Relaxing

Susan was a wonderful host. The house is beautiful. Brand new kitchen, with upscale appliances. Susan made us feel very welcome and encouraged us to use everything that was available, and EVERYTHING was available. The bedding was new and comfortable. Especially enjoyed relaxing in the serene backyard. Communication was immediate. Thank you Susan and Mark for allowing us to enjoy your home.

Perfect Getaway for us and our dogs.

We couldn’t have asked for more. Lovely house with fantastic property. Susan has a green thumb and her garden was beautiful. The scent of lavender while sitting on the deck was enchanting. The house is fully equipped, especially if you cook. We loved every minute.

Wonderful home

Stayed for 3 plus weeks in this lovely, clean, and comfortable home set on 1/2 acre of fenced in yard with beautiful garden and trees where the dogs could roam and play freely. The house is exactly as described and as seen in photos. It has everything you could want in the well equipped kitchen. We had a wonderful time on the North Fork!

Susan is a wonderful, generous, responsive owner, and this house is exactly as advertised, in a lovely neighborhood with a short walk to the beach. The kitchen is superbly well-equipped and we loved the shady deck overlooking the backyard garden. I highly recommend the house for a vacation.

Charming, convenient, clean NoFo retreat!

What a perfect, quiet place to relax on both the Sound as well as the Bay, and enjoy the beauty of the North Fork! Walk to beach, tennis and a fantastic farm stand! Homeowners were graciously accommodating and have meticulously provided for everything we needed. Thanks to them, we thoroughly enjoyed our one month stay!

A Comfortable Home By The Beach

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home close to the beach and much else was most comfortable for a two week stay by 4 adults and 2 children (8 and 11). Everything was provided, even quality beach chairs. The kitchen was well-equiped,, and allowed us to prepare fine dinners. The home is 10 minutes to the wonderful village of Greenport, and but 8 miles to Orient Beach (if you want a change from the beach a short walk from the home). Lastly, it has been a pleasure to meet and receive guidance from the owner, Susan Bunda. We would recommend this home with the highest enthusiasm.

Fabulous accommodations in a quiet community

A great place to spend a summer vacation. The house was immaculate, spacious, organized and nicely decorated. The kitchen contained all the amenities needed to prepare either a simple breakfast or a gourmet meal. The house was perfectly located - a 5 minute walk to the tennis courts or a 10 minute walk to the beach. Close proximity to Greenport, wineries and restaurants. The homeowner was very accommodating and easy to reach either by phone or e-mail.

A wonderful house next to the Golf

The house was lovely and cheerfully decapitated with contemporary arts. There were plenty of quality linens, cooking pats and pans. We enjoyed the fire place in the living room. The kitchen was so good equiped and it was a pleasure to prepare a meal. The owner were 'on the ball'. The location of the house is great, silent and not far away from Greenport. We had just some minutes to go to the golf course. We had a wonderful time and we would recommend this house to our friends. Katharina, Bernard and Sayoko

Delightful House and Location

Perfect North Fork getaway

My husband and I stayed in this lovely home for a week in July with out 8 month old and dog and absolutely loved it. The house had everything we needed and made our first family vacation stress free. The beach was a 15 minute walk with a stroller & the back yard fenced for the dog, so a win win all around. The weather didn't cooperate during our stay, making the home that much more important and this one was accommodating in every way. Mark and Susan were a great help and answered all of our questions. We can't wait to go back and make this an annual visit!

A Beautiful Home in Tranquil Surroundings

We were five adults and a dog looking for a quiet weekend away from the city. This home exceeded all our expectations - it is beautifully and tastefully done upand yet felt like a home, warm and welcoming. It was spotless and immaculate and very well supplied with everything we needed. There is a very nice deck in the back with a large backyard which all of us, especially our dog, loved. The beach is a short walk away. It was a real pleasure dealing with the owners - they were super responsive and very helpful.

A relaxing long weekend in a wonderful house

The house is more like a home and is perfect for a long weekend with family and friends. The house has everything you can wish for - a great kitchen which we made use of for a few meals in; an outdoor patio perfect for that first cup of tea in the morning while catching some rays; an outdoor seating area with a fire pit; comfortable beds with proper linen and towels. The location allows for sundowners at the local beach, exploring the vineyards in the area and an easy drive to Greenport. Susan is wonderful, easy to work with and very responsive. All in all, a perfect weekend away.

Another wonderful stay in the North Fork

My husband and I returned again to this fabulous house in the North Fork for our anniversary. Mark and Susan were great to deal with again, and even surprised us with a wonderful bottle of champagne as a gift. We love everything about the house - the kitchen, the large fenced backyard, the comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and the location is wonderful. You can walk to the private beach, tennis and golf, and Greenport and all the great wineries are only a short drive away. We look forward to making this our anniversary tradition!

Terrific House!!

The house is very nice and perfect for a long weekend getaway or for even longer if you have the time. Susan and Mark are wonderful and so easy to work with... not all homeowners are this nice and easy going. It was very refreshing as some homeowners can be a bit hard to deal with. Not so here. The house is in a private community, it has a huge backyard with lots of grass and it's fenced in. The dogs loved this as they ran around the entire time chasing their toys. Living in NYC, you can imagine how much they loved this. The house itself is very tastefully decorated, has a great chef's kitchen with every utensil under the sun, as well as a charcoal grill in the backyard... and a large deck to boot. It's a short walk to a private beach on the LI Sound. There are bikes in the garage if you want to ride them to the beach or around the neighborhood. The beach is great and there was hardly anyone there... in late JUNE!!! This is rare. There are also tennis courts and golf nearby. We didn't get to play this time as we were having too much fun doing other things... but will do so if we can manage to visit here in the future. We have been visiting NoFo for years and this is definitely one of, if not the, nicest places we've stayed. The fact that Susan and Mark are great makes booking here a no brainer.

Lovely , well maintained home in perfect location

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful weekend in this immaculate and well appointed home. Susan was very generous and helpful making sure that our stay was pleasant. Her and Mark use the home themselves, which is evident from the quality of goods and attention to detail. The town of Greenport is literally 5 min away, making shopping or eating out very easy. Quality House, Great Location on the North Fork

My husband and I just returned from a wonderful stay at this property. We've rented several houses through VRBO, and this house is definitely one of our favorites. The finishes, furnishing, cookware, linens and other details are all high quality. The backyard is fenced so our city dog enjoyed having some freedom, and we also enjoyed using the fire pit. The house is located in a nice private community with tennis and beach nearby, plus the restaurants of Greenport only a few minutes drive away. Susan and Mark were great to work with and always responsive to our questions. They even left us a nice bottle of sparkling wine to help us celebrate our wedding anniversary. We're already looking forward to going back.

Wonderful Rental

Better than description exceptionally clean and well supplied with everything needed for a great rental week. Location is quiet and an easy walk to the beach and short ride to many restaurants. Mark and Susan are helpful , friendly and eager to help with any questions. Exceptionally quick damage deposit return.
