A few of our favorite features:
-The main floor is perfecting for entertaining! It has an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen with counter seating for 7, a family room, dining room with seating for 6, and a patio.
-The lower level has a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath, plus access to the 2-car garage.
-The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms (one queen and one king) and 2 full bathrooms. There is also a washer/dryer.
-The third floor is a rooftop patio with amazing views of the city!

**Stairs are a must for this house!

This house is located in downtown Cincinnati! Conveniently located, Over-the-Rhine (OTR) is just 1.2 miles away! Another popular section of the city for great food and bars, Pendleton is less than a 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive!R

The house is located less than 5 minutes from the interstate. Uber and Lyft are also readily available if you prefer not to drive. The public bus stop is less than a 5 minute walk!

Are few things to note:

Garage Parking: Usually you can park 2 good size cars in the garage. But please note that street parking is FREE in Mt Auburn!

Please ensure that all doors are shut and locked at all times including the garage door.

The dishwasher has a manual shut off switch under the kitchen sink. If for some reason the dishwasher doesn't start, you may need to check the switch.

Trash day is on Monday mornings, which means that our team will need access to the garage late Sunday afternoon to pull out all the trash to the street.

We have an automatic watering system for the roof top deck plants. Please do not adjust or play with the meter!

- If you plan on bringing a pet into the house, please be sure to add them to the reservation. Unauthorized pets will be subject to an additional $100 dollar fine plus any damage that may occur.

**Please do not unplug/disconnect any internet routers or boxes without first contacting us! Our unit security requires an active internet signal at all times. Unplugging any router/box without host approval result in an additional fee. The unit will also be subject to host entry to remedy the issue at our discretion.**
