The Space:

Perfect location for everything you need. It is walking distance to the beach, coffee shops, grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. This clean and freshly updated home includes smart TVs with Peacock and fast Wi-Fi!

The kitchen is complete with appliances, cooking ware, dining sets, Keurig coffee maker, and everything you will need to feel at home!

There is a guest manual with a local's guide including our favorite places such as Taco Lu, Casa marina rooftop for sunset, and best brunch spots.

Both of the clean and updated bathrooms have towels provided for each guest as well as soap and shampoo.

There is a patio furniture set perfect to have a cup of coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening to enjoy the ocean breeze! The Casa Coco has a greenery wall backdrop for a perfect family or IG photo!

The property also has a washer and dryer with laundry soap and dryer sheets for your use.

We partner with local bike, beach equipment and golf cart rental companies who can drop your rentals off right at the property.



This home is managed by the Jax Beach locals, Mealer Management. We specialize in vacation rentals at Jacksonville Beach so our team is just minutes away to help during your stay. There is a Whole foods within 900 feet away in a shopping complex with restaurants, stores, and nail salons. If you would like to rent bikes (our favorite way to get around) or surfboards, you can call Beach Life Rentals. They will bring them right to you!

We also have a free service at the beach called Beach Buggy. An app where they will pick you up and take you anywhere at the beach for any tip! It's a very convenient way to get around the beaches!
