The cabin was very nice and right on the lake. It was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. It had everything we needed. The location was very convenient. There was a picnic area between the cabin and lake. We would stay here again.

We spent a lovely, relaxing few days with my sister and her husband. We were far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to Eureka Springs for exploring and eating at nice restaurants and shopping, as well being able to visit many sites each day. The VRBO was clean, felt plenty spacious for two couples, and had a lovely view!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Nice, clean on the water with beautiful views a table rock lake in the little golden gate bridge.You can see rogues manor. We would definitely stay here again owners were very quick to respond and very accommodating

The place looked great. The kitchen layout was excellent for having breakfast and viewing the lake. Erin was super helpful when we needed anything.

Great weekend getaway

We spent a long weekend with friends visiting Eureka Springs, and our stay at Holiday Island was very peaceful and enjoyable. The space was clean, beds were comfortable and we had most everything we needed for a weekend getaway.

Great view and location!

We loved watching the river, swimming, fishing and exploring! Easy drives to Eureka Sorings, Holiday Island, Beaver Lake and Blue Spring. We would stay again!

Amazing property!

The views were just wonderful. We had a lovely stay over Thanksgiving. The property had everything we needed to serve Thanksgiving dinner for family. Communication was excellent and we highly recommend this property.

Our girls trip goal was to stay in a beautiful nature-esqe setting, but be close to Eurika Springs. This house has a beautiful waterfront setting, which was its greatest feature. The house description of "luxury" is a bit of a stretch, but it has unique aesthetic features that are appealing but also add to its shortcomings. Some renovations are subpar leaving an incomplete or unfinished feel. Kitchen was reasonably stocked. Counter space is good. Freezer drawers were dirty and some kitchen drawers were both messy and not as clean. Our feet or socks were black in a short time from walking on the floors, so keep flip flops or slides on. The front door lock is hard to get the striker to engage, hence would be more secure if an inside deadbolt was present for occupancy security. The door window needs a drape cover on it for night time privacy. One bathroom is white and bright, the other is very dark in color and decor, and needs more light in the shower. On the morning of departure we discovered a juvenile snake in the dark bathroom, which was terrifying. There is a gap at the bath door frame and baseboard to the uneven stone floor, which seemed to be it's point if entry. We captured the snake with a skillet lid. Texted contact who replied immediately they'd be on their way. They did not arrive prior to checkout. Only after asked, the discount offered was on a future stay, which we would not return. They wouldn't grant 1/2 off our 2nd night, so we received no discount. Sad.

Great property and location

+location, beautiful renovations, the view!, beach access, distance from restaurants and other establishments, overall loved it -as described in other reviews, bathroom door broke, smell of septic was not terrible, but noticeable, especially when neighbors moved in upstairs

Family trip to white river

Checked in easily without code. View of the river from the windows was beautiful. Big Kids were able to just play in the water while we watched from windows. Kitchen had everything we could have needed. Owner responded quickly when we asked for more towels. We had a lovely stay.

Amazingly peaceful stay.

This property is GREAT! The house was clean, comfortable, and well decorated. Having the large and shaded porch/balcony area was perfect for relaxing outside and enjoying the weather. On top of all of that, the location is amazing. We were a 30 second walk from the water, and the views were excellent. We will DEFINITELY be staying here again. Maybe we'll bring some friends and rent the larger unit upstairs!

Family Getaway

Although, not very long, we enjoyed our stay. The space had what we needed when cooking. The beds were comfortable and the living space was enough for the three of us. The view of the lake was nice to wake up to while drinking our coffee.
