Spend a spectacular season in the heart of Honolulu at this newly renovated condo on the 20th floor of Island Colony. Enjoy beautiful views, fantastic resort amenities, and a prime location within walking distance of Waikiki Beach and world-class dining and shopping.
Island Colony is a high-rise resort on the banks of the Ala Wai Canal in Waikiki. On the grounds, you'll have access to a heated saltwater pool, a sundeck with poolside cabanas, a hot tub, saunas, a gym, a pool table, a picnic area with gas grills, and a well-stocked convenience store. The Forty Niner Waikiki is also right downstairs, offering fresh coffee and a menu of local favorites. When it's time to hit the beach, you'll have beach chairs and a seven-foot umbrella to take with you and an outdoor shower to welcome you home.
This condo enjoys an enviable corner position with peek-a-boo views of the ocean in one direction and a sweeping vista of the city and mountains in the other. It's a lovely scene to take in from the shaded lanai off the bedroom - a lovely spot for a morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail at sunset.
Walk home from a day spent shopping, lounging on the beach, or taking a boat cruise to be greeted by a quiet, light-filled living space renovated in elegant style. Enjoy contemporary furnishings, a polished kitchen with beautiful countertops and stainless steel appliances, and smart cable TVs in both the sunny living room and the serene bedroom. Window AC and complimentary WiFi are provided as well.
