Luxury pool/jacuzzi home ALL ENSUITE bedrooms, sleeps 22, great resort/location.

The first contact I had with this guest was for some assistance with pest control, who the property managers dispatched immediately. The guest was not home which is not unusual as they always advise that if a guest has plans visiting the parks they do not need to wait in as they would never wish a small issue to impact vacation time. Upon arrival it was discovered that an animal had been left unattended, so they were unable to enter to resolve. I was not aware of any animals with this group despite requesting prior to check in that guests must confirm if they are bringing any animals as there is a policy which needs to be adhered to. The property manager asked if pest control could call back at an alternative time to assist with the matter, but the guest declined. During the callout pest control confirmed that a trailer had been parked on the grass area in front of the home. The property managers informed the guest this was not permissible and notified them that they would have to move the trailer off site. Posted signs throughout the community also state no parking on the grass and I also confirm in my pre-arrival information that larger trailers are not permitted at this home. The guest was advised if not removed that there could be possible violations imposed by the HOA and the amount quoted was possibly " in excess of $200". The guest contacted the security gate who confirmed they could bring a trailer on to the community and park it on the drive. This is not correct under HOA guidelines any trailer must be housed an enclosed garage. The garage at this home has been converted into a games room. This caused further upset to the guest who then believed the property managers were just being difficult and unhelpful when the team were actually just complying with the requirements of the HOA. I would ask any guest booking any of my homes to read carefully the pre arrival information and to contact me if anything is not clear.
